I had a very positive experience. I was treated professionally by the staff. I had no long wait time to see Dr. Havard. Dr Havard was through in reviewing my health needs. She showed genuine concern towards me. She did not just aShow moreddress my current health needs. She was proactive in looking out for any future health needs that I may face as I age. She was proactive in her recommendations with a health diagnoses to keep me healthy and maintain the quality of life I desire. Dr Havard and her staff is the best. The only thing that I would suggest is, that there be same day appointments available times to be seen if I am sick, and need to be seen on the day I call to be seen. Dr Havard is booked out for appointments and that makes it difficult to be seen on a same day health need. I was seen at a different HealtyUClinic, so, I was seen on the same day I was sick. I was grateful for that. Her being booked out for appointments, speaks well for how great a doctor that she is though.
George was great. Visit was routine until I began to discuss a continuing problem pain I've been having in my back-glutes-upper legs. I went over what the previous doctor and I did but I still had pain. George took some time to exShow moreplain how the pain was most probably nerve pathways that come out of the lower spine being pinched by the degrading spinal column joints due to osteoarthritis (spinal stenosis). He then suggested taking a preparation containing Glucosamine, MSM and Turmeric. I believe this had been discussed before with the previous doctor but George gave me renewed hope that this might offer some relief as people with knee joint pain had reported relief as an example. I thanked George profusely for his advice and enthusiasm regarding my care. Can't wait to see how this works!

I have always had the best experiences with George Bernt-FNP-C. HE IS VERY RESPECTFUL, LISTENS TO ME INTENTLY WHEN I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL HIM. HE EXPLAINS THOROUGHLY EVERYTHING HE NEEDS TO TELL ME REGARDING MY MEDICAL SITUATIONS and if things are not as good as I expect or want them to be, HE discusses those situations which gives me understanding. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH ANY DOCTOR OTHER THAN GEORGE!! I feel very blessed to have Him as my FNP-C AS TO ME HiS INTELLIGENCE IS AWESOME!!
