Been a patient of Dr Sheard for many year's. The staff are unbelievable. Very prompt, very educated.And you feel like an old school, doctor. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you feel like you're amoShow morengst friends and not just a number or a patient. That's a very hard quality to get from any other Primary care Doctor. Kudos to all of the staff members and Dr.Sheard are so very supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better team set up. Look, no further for this is the group.
Dr. Sheard was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He listened to everything I had to say and gave back excellent feedback and information. It was really nice to speak with the actual doctor and not an assistant. His staff iShow mores very responsive as well. I could not wait until after 4th of July weekend and his assistant scheduled me in right before the holiday. I will definitely refer my friends and family to his clinic.

Dr. Sheard is very attentive to what I say, and what I mean. He makes you feel like a person, not a statistic. His background and knowledge are impressive and he was able to guide me to the best possible options.

Dr. Sheard is very knowledgeable and "patient" with his patients. He actually spends time with you and delves into any issues that you may have unlike many other doctors that step in, ask you a couple of questions and leave 5 minutes later.

The office is the best! I’ve been a patient for years and so have four other members of my family. They hear you and see you and explain the needed procedure or medication you might need. I would never change my doctor! The staff is also helpful and professional.
