Hi my name is Sam. I’m new here in Arizona. I moved here permanently in January and had to switch from the insurance I had in California to Medicare. I had to find a new doctor and I also needed a referral to an orthopedic surgeonShow more.( I injured both shoulders on my last trip out here. )I had bad service with DH then doctor Sheard suggested an orthopedic surgeon and got referral to Xray, MRI . Once that was done .I got shoulder surgery. Dr Sheard is very understanding. Thanks Dr Sheard.
I am very comfortable with Dr. Sheard who is real and down to earth. I have had a lot of unpleasant experiences with Drs who don't know how to connect and are more like professional robots. I have also had some amazing physiciShow moreans in the past. I have been in Arizona ten years. I have finally found a Dr. who meets me where I am at with not judgements but with real open honest communication. Dr. Sheard is person centered and allows the patient to determine their care.

Dr. Sheard is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had. He truly listens and never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to understand what is going on and works to figure out the underlying issue rather than being quick to prescribe medication. I really appreciate the time, care, and attention he gives to his patients.
Dr. Sheard has been my primary physician for three years, and I couldn't be happier. His office staff is always accommodating and friendly. Even after relocating to an hour away, I refuse to switch doctors. The piece of mind in knowing I have a doctor I can trust and rely upon is priceless.

Receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, offering help if needed with any forms. Dr, Shepard was open and forthcoming, listened to my explanations for visit and my medical history asking questions relative to my remarks and followed up with suggestions. He was attentive the entire visit and welcomed any questions I might have. This was important to me. Thank you.
