Been a patient of Dr Sheard for many year's. The staff are unbelievable. Very prompt, very educated.And you feel like an old school, doctor. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you feel like you're amoShow morengst friends and not just a number or a patient. That's a very hard quality to get from any other Primary care Doctor. Kudos to all of the staff members and Dr.Sheard are so very supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better team set up. Hi my name is Sam. I’m new here in Arizona. I moved here permanently in January and had to switch from the insurance I had in California to Medicare. I had to find a new doctor and I also needed a referral to an orthopedic surgeonShow more.( I injured both shoulders on my last trip out here. )I had bad service with DH then doctor Sheard suggested an orthopedic surgeon and got referral to Xray, MRI . Once that was done .I got shoulder surgery. Dr Sheard is very understanding. Thanks Dr Sheard.

Dr. Sheard is one of the most caring doctors I know. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes in his waiting room and he takes the time to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Sheard if you are looking for a new physician!
Dr. Sheard is the best PCP in the valley. He is patient, thorough and soooo insightful. His texting system to arrange for appointments is super easy to use and his assistant responds very quickly. Our family has been going to him since we moved here and all of us have nothing but rave reviews to offer!

Dr. Sheard is very knowledgeable and "patient" with his patients. He actually spends time with you and delves into any issues that you may have unlike many other doctors that step in, ask you a couple of questions and leave 5 minutes later.
