Very prompt, very educated.And you feel like an old school, doctor. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you feel like you're amongst friends and not just a number or a patient. That's a very hard quality to get from any other Primary care Doctor. Kudos to all of the staff members and Dr.Sheard are so very supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better team set up. Look, no further for this is the group.

Kiana and her team are always ready to get me in as soon as possible and are very responsive with a text or call when I reach out (which is important to me as I would not be reaching out if I were not in need) (and with a human be... Read more Kiana and her team are always ready to get me in as soon as possible and are very responsive with a text or call when I reach out (which is important to me as I would not be reaching out if I were not in need) (and with a human being not some AI or chat assistant which is maddening especially when you are sick). Once seen I feel like the treatment is direct and effective. I would highly recommend Kiana Ruch.
