Very prompt, very educated.And you feel like an old school, doctor. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you feel like you're amongst friends and not just a number or a patient. That's a very hard quality to get from any other Primary care Doctor. Kudos to all of the staff members and Dr.Sheard are so very supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better team set up. Look, no further for this is the group.

I moved here permanently in January and had to switch from the insurance I had in California to Medicare. I had to find a new doctor and I also needed a referral to an orthopedic surgeon.( I injured both shoulders on my last trip out here. )I had bad service with DH then doctor Sheard suggested an orthopedic surgeon and got referral to Xray, MRI . Once that was done .I got shoulder surgery. Dr Sheard is very understanding. Thanks Dr Sheard.
