Erica Franks, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who provides exceptional skin, hair, and nail care to patients at Easton Dermatology Associates, a cutting-edge dermatology practice in Easton, Maryland, that serves residents on the Delmarva Peninsula.

Erica is a long-time resident of the Eastern Shore, growing up in Salisbury, Maryland, and graduating from James M. Bennett High. She attended Salisbury University, where she worked towards her undergraduate degree in biology before enrolling in the school’s physician assistant program. She continued her PA studies at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. Throughout her time at UMES, Erica was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and was featured in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She graduated with honors in 2012.

Erica is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Erica has completed required training to become a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

During her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and reading.

Tori Arnao PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She obtained a BS in Health Sciences as well as an MBA from Philadelphia University.  She then obtained a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in 2018.

Tori is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is completing the SDPA diplomate fellowship.

In her spare time, Tori enjoys gardening, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Allison Rabe, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant committed to providing excellent care to her patients at Easton Dermatology Associates. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is completing the SDPA diplomate fellowship.

She obtained both her undergraduate degree in pre-medicine as well as her masters degree in business administration from Pensacola Christian College where she graduated with honors. She then went on to graduate from Arcadia University with her masters of medical science in physician assistant studies in 2018.

Allison is an Eastern Shore native and enjoys spending time at the beach and local parks with her friends and family. She also enjoys running, drinking coffee, and reading in her spare time.

Mary Anne Robinson, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who is passionate about skin cancer prevention and early detection. She strives to provide high quality care to her patients and is interested in making sure her patients understand their plan of care and their concerns are fully addressed.

Prior to accepting a position with Easton Dermatology Associates, she worked for ten years at a private dermatology practice in Southern Delaware. She excels in both medical dermatology and dermatologic surgery. She is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is currently completing her Diplomat Fellowship in Dermatology.

Mary Anne graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She worked as a research biologist for three years with the US Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County, Maryland. She then returned to school and completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

When she is not working, Mary Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. She loves traveling and reading. She also enjoys painting, drawing and photography.

Amy Engler, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who provides first-rate medical skin care services to patients at Easton Dermatology Associates, a renowned dermatology practice in Easton, Maryland that serves residents on the Delmarva Peninsula. Amy began her career specializing in cardiology and internal medicine before taking a few years off to raise her daughter. She returned to practice specialty medicine, joining Easton Dermatology Associates in April of 2016.

Amy is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Amy has completed required training to become a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She regularly enhances her education by attending advanced training seminars and national conferences.

Although Amy is a native of Main Line Philadelphia, her love of the water brought her to the Eastern Shore after she completed her studies. She lives in Easton with her husband and daughter and enjoys traveling, staying active, and being near the water.

Keeley Diggs, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant and an SDPA diplomate. She has a passion for teaching safe sun habits and the ABCDE’s of melanoma to prevent skin cancer and signs of premature aging. She strives to provide high-quality care to improve a patient’s health, self-esteem, and quality of life.

A native of the Eastern Shore, Keeley grew up in East New Market, Maryland. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University and completed her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia.

When she is not working, Keeley enjoys fostering dogs, walking her shepherds, Crew & Otter, and being on the water – boating, hunting, and fishing. Additionally, she is a certified advanced open-water scuba diver, an ACSM-certified personal trainer, and a former Maryland state archery champion.

Alyssa Larimore, CRNP is a certified registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health. She received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in 2001. She is a certified Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health through the University of Maryland School of Nursing and the National Certification Corporation for Obstetric, Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing. Alyssa is a busy mother of three young children. Selamawit Abegaz, MS, CRNP, WHNP-BC, joined Frederick's Capital Women's Care team in 2024. Her healthcare career began after graduating from Montgomery College in 2017 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. While working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a high-risk perinatal center at Holy Cross Hospital, Selamawit continued her education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland in 2020. Her deep compassion for improving women's health and commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity within the healthcare system motivated her to pursue a Master's degree in the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) Program at Georgetown University, which she completed in 2024. With extensive experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients, Selamawit has honed the ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients from diverse communities. The rigorous WHNP program at Georgetown University further equipped her to deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare.

Leah is a family nurse practitioner with clinical experience in women’s health and pediatrics. Most recently Leah worked at an outpatient pediatric facility in Loudoun County VA. Leah received a Masters of Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Shenandoah University in 2013. Leah received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Shepherd University in 2006. Leah was a labor and delivery nurse at Fredrick Memorial Hospital from 2006-2013. In her spare time, Leah enjoys recreational running and spending time with her family.

Ndubuisi Okafor, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. At his practice, Okafor Medical Associates, located in Washington, DC, Dr. Okafor offers patients compassionate care for a variety of conditions including chronic disease management, ADHD, and internal medicine concerns as a leading primary care physician.

Dr. Okafor obtained his medical degree from the Howard University Hospital and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also specially trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.

Dr. Okafor is a registered Civil Surgeon with the United States Center for Immigration Services, so he can provide Immigration Medical examinations with all the required tests in the facility. When he is not treating his patients, Dr. Okafor enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies which include football, soccer, and running. Dr. Okafor also speaks English, Ibo, Yoruba, and Hausa.
