Brad earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and holds active licensure as both a nurse practitioner and registered nurse in the state of Mississippi. Throughout his career, he has cared for patients across a wide range of clinical settings, including intensive care units, behavioral health facilities, medical-surgical floors, and outpatient wound care centers. In his most recent role at Med Centris, he provided advanced wound care services, performed procedures, and developed personalized treatment plans to support optimal healing and recovery.
In addition to his clinical work, Brad serves as an adjunct clinical instructor at Christian Brothers University, where he mentors nursing students through hands-on training and academic guidance. His commitment to both patient care and education reflects his belief in continuous learning and the power of compassionate, informed healthcare. He is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Mississippi Nurses Association and has been recognized for his leadership, including being named Nurse of the Month during his time at Merit Health.

Dr. Iffat Tameez is board certified in Family Medicine. She has been working as a physician for the last twenty-five years and has dedicatedly been taking care of patients of all ages with varying medical problems. In addition, she specializes in Women's Health. She also does both out-patient and in-patient clinics. Her work ethic and her hospitality shines through in her interactions with patients daily.
Tracy W. Rapp, DNP-FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP). She is proud to provide high-quality primary health care services to residents of Memphis, Tennessee, as a part of Honeycomb Medical Group.
Dr. Rapp has been in the primary care/internal medicine field for over seven years. Throughout her medical career, she has gained vast experience in managing acute and chronic conditions for patients in diverse populations across the lifespan.
