Before entering medicine, Dr. Iqbal studied Applied Mathematics and Statistics at Stony Brook University. That curiosity led her to pursue her medical degree at the American University of Antigua, where she gained a global perspective on healthcare and a deep commitment to equity.

A strong advocate for leadership and policy, Dr. Iqbal has served as the New Jersey State Resident Director for the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians and held leadership roles with the New York State Academy of Family Physicians. She brings that same drive to every patient interaction, believing that systemic change and compassionate care go hand in hand.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and conversational in American Sign Language, Dr. Iqbal sees language as a bridge to connection and healing. Adam Redlich, MD, is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, practicing at A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. With two office locations in Robbinsville (Mercer county) and Neptune (Monmouth), New Jersey, Dr. Redlich sees patients at both offices & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field.  

Dr. Redlich's passion is to maintain the small-town, local sports doctor approach for the region, which he has been doing since 2003 - even before he opened A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. He takes great pride in serving the community and surrounding area he calls home.

He trained at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Crozer Keystone Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute.  During his family medicine residency at suburban Philadelphia's Crozer Keystone Health System, he acquired tremendous experience caring for athletes from local schools, weekend warriors doing marathons and triathlons, and higher level athletes at nearby Olympic Training Sites thru Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute.   Dr. Redlich remains an adjunct faculty member and volunteer clinical instructor for Rutgers - RWJ Medical School – Family Medicine, RWJBarnabas Residency – Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, Hackensack Meridian Health – Jersey Shore University Medical Center / Ocean Medical Center – Pediatrics & Family Medicine, CentraState Medical Center – Family Medicine, Newark Beth Israel – Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine.

Dr. Redlich lives with his family within a few minutes of his office and was born and raised in Monmouth County.  He himself enjoys being active having over the years been a coach, runner, marathoner, triathlete, golfer, weight-lifter, hiker, mountain & trail biker, cycling, spin, yoga, walker, and High Intensity Interval Training participant at various points in his life. 

Hitesh Patel, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine and obesity medicine. He provides expert, compassionate primary care at Premier Healthcare Associates, PC, conveniently located in a state-of-the-art facility near Ocean University Medical Center (OUMC), part of Hackensack Meridian Health, in Brick, New Jersey. 

Dr. Patel offers a wide range of services, including the diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as thyroid disorders, heart disease, diabetes, COPD, and mental health conditions. Marzena Villacorta, APN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. She brings extensive and diverse clinical experience, having worked across multiple specialties. Her broad background allows her to care for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health needs.   Marzena completed her advanced practice nursing education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, where she received specialized training in adult and geriatric primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she practiced for many years as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings and community-based environments. She is also an Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse and a Medical-Surgical Certified Nurse, and holds multiple additional certifications that support her comprehensive clinical practice, including IVIG therapy, wound care, preventive health, and certification as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner through the FMCSA National Registry.   Her clinical interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health, geriatrics, wellness and lifestyle medicine, infusion therapy, and occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations for commercial drivers. Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Dr. Figueroa earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Connecticut State University, where he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-field care. Victoria Adimando, NP-C

Our nurse practitioner Victoria graduated from Wagner College with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2012 and her Masters of Science degree with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. Victoria worked as a nurse for ten years at Staten Island University Hospital on the telemetry and med surg units and she also worked at Edgar Nursing Home. Victoria joined our team in January 2022 and has since trained under Dr. Giovinazzo and has established herself as an essential part of our team.
