Adam Redlich, MD, is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, practicing at A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. With an office location in Robbinsville (Mercer county), New Jersey, Dr. Redlich sees patients at both offices & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field.  

Dr. Redlich's passion is to maintain the small-town, local sports doctor approach for the region, which he has been doing since 2003 - even before he opened A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. He takes great pride in serving the community and surrounding area he calls home. 

Dr. Redlich also trained under one of the non-operative sports medicine field’s founders at Rutgers/Jersey Shore University Medical Center - Sports Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stephen Rice, in addition to leaders in the Sports Medicine & Regenerative Medicine and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound fields – Dr. Brian Shiple and Dr. Robert Monaco.  

Education has always been of importance to Dr. Redlich. He trained at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Crozer Keystone Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute.  During his family medicine residency at suburban Philadelphia's Crozer Keystone Health System, he acquired tremendous experience caring for athletes from local schools, weekend warriors doing marathons and triathlons, and higher level athletes at nearby Olympic Training Sites thru Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute.   Dr. Redlich remains an adjunct faculty member and volunteer clinical instructor for Rutgers - RWJ Medical School – Family Medicine, RWJBarnabas Residency – Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, Hackensack Meridian Health – Jersey Shore University Medical Center / Ocean Medical Center – Pediatrics & Family Medicine, CentraState Medical Center – Family Medicine, Newark Beth Israel – Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine. 

He also maintains medical hospital staff privileges at RWJBarnabas - Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton, Penn Health - Princeton Medical Center, and Hackensack Meridian Health - Jersey Shore University Medical Center.   He serves on the Medical Advisory Panels for the joint ventures between the hospitals/fitness & wellness centers regarding programs related to health and wellness for RWJ Hamilton & Princeton Medical Center.  Furthermore, he works with local Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Programs serving as a consulting physician.

Dr. Redlich lives with his family within a few minutes of his office and was born and raised in Monmouth County.  He himself enjoys being active having over the years been a coach, runner, marathoner, triathlete, golfer, weight-lifter, hiker, mountain & trail biker, cycling, spin, yoga, walker, and High Intensity Interval Training participant at various points in his life. 

Hitesh Patel, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine and obesity medicine. He provides expert, compassionate primary care at Premier Healthcare Associates, PC, conveniently located in a state-of-the-art facility near Ocean University Medical Center (OUMC), part of Hackensack Meridian Health, in Brick, New Jersey. 

Dr. Patel offers a wide range of services, including the diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as thyroid disorders, heart disease, diabetes, COPD, and mental health conditions. His postgraduate training in internal medicine included residencies at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, Illinois, and St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in Queens, New York, affiliated with New York Medical College. Following his training, Dr. Patel served as both a staff and attending teaching physician. He was Associate Director of the Transitional Year Residency Program at Ocean University Medical Center, Clinical Site Director for Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, and currently serves as Chairman of Medicine at Ocean University Medical Center, where he leads academic and clinical efforts within the department.

Dr. Patel also served as a physician for Monmouth and Middlesex County Correctional Facilities, providing care in challenging and high-security environments. In addition, he worked as an occupational physician for Continental Airlines at Newark International Airport. Before founding his private practice in Brick in 2006, he practiced medicine in both the Bronx, New York, and Manhasset, Long Island, gaining extensive experience in diverse clinical settings.

Marzena Villacorta, APN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. She brings extensive and diverse clinical experience, having worked across multiple specialties. Her broad background allows her to care for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health needs.   Marzena completed her advanced practice nursing education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, where she received specialized training in adult and geriatric primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she practiced for many years as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings and community-based environments. She is also an Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse and a Medical-Surgical Certified Nurse, and holds multiple additional certifications that support her comprehensive clinical practice, including IVIG therapy, wound care, preventive health, and certification as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner through the FMCSA National Registry.   Her clinical interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health, geriatrics, wellness and lifestyle medicine, infusion therapy, and occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations for commercial drivers. Chelsea Saltzman, RD, LDN is committed to helping patients navigate nutrition with confidence through practical, evidence-based care. As a Registered Dietitian at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, she takes a collaborative approach with patients and the interdisciplinary care team to support each persons unique health goals. At the core of her practice is the belief that nutrition shouldn't make life more difficult, but instead be a practice in nourishment and self-care.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Foods from Drexel University where she spent time as a research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her dietetic internship with Morrison Healthcare.

Her professional background spans community nutrition, clinical care, private practice, and food entrepreneurship, giving her a unique perspective on the many ways people experience food and health. She began her career working in nonprofit nutrition programs providing nutrition education in schools, assisting food banks, and supporting food program initiatives through the NJ Department of Agriculture. Since shifting into a clinical setting, she has provided medical nutrition therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with diverse needs, including weight management, sports performance, gastrointestinal conditions, eating disorders, and chronic disease. Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
