I received a Masters in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work with an additional certification in trauma informed practice. I believe that relational trauma can be healed within the context of a therapeutic relationship. I have a background in Client-Centered Therapy which approaches an individual as being unique in their strengths and potential. I also take a psychoanalytic approach to help clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and suicidality. I am passionate about treating individuals from varying communities and helping clients be the “cycle breakers'' of intergenerational trauma. I understand the long lasting impact of early adverse childhood experiences, and aim to help individuals find their own unique path toward healing.

I received my MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and my BA from New York University.

For over a decade, Grace has helped families achieve their infant feeding goals and transition as joyfully and gently as possible into parenthood. As an IBCLC, CLC, she offers families evidence-based care and support for common to complex infant feeding challenges. Her holistic, goals-based approach to lactation support is informed by her background in midwifery and birth/postpartum doula work in NYC, North Carolina, India, and Malawi, Africa, and her work as a Women's Health Educational Consultant at Duke and UNC's School of Medicine. Dr. Pearl Lui is a board certified Family Medicine physician, serving patients at City Care Family Practice in Lower Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY.  Dr.  Liu received her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean in St. Martin. She completed her residency training at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital where she served as Chief Resident in her final year.

Her medical journey started in New York City as a medical student rotating in hospitals all through the 5 boroughs.  Now, finished with her training in Stony Brook, she is excited to return to the city she has called home for the past 12 years.
