Dr. Shauna Gallagher, board-certified in Family Medicine with extensive experience in emergency medicine and urgent care. Dr. Gallagher founded Gallagher Medical to bring unhurried, relationship-based primary care to the Larchmont community. Dr. Neola Gushway-Henry is a board-certified Sleep Medicine physician who has over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of sleep disorders. She combines clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and a strong commitment to advancing the field of Sleep Medicine. During her Residency training, she first recognized the profound impact of the quality of sleep on overall health and well-being. This culminated in a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine during which she deepened her understanding of sleep physiology and acquired advanced skills in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of sleep disorders, interpretation of polysomnography, home sleep apnea testing and actigraphy. Dr. Henry is dedicated to providing personalized care and holistic solutions to ensure her patients enjoy restful nights and better days. Olesya is an experienced, highly-trained Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner specializing in surgical, medical, and cosmetic dermatology. She sees patients for acne, rashes, warts, skin cancer screenings, chemical peels, and microneedling. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician University, then completed her Masters in Science in Nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University before completing Dermatology training for three years at Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center under Dr. Gangaram Ragi. She is a member of the National Nursing Honors Society and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Olesya is also fluent in Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian.

Randa Hussein-Badawy, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician, aesthetic medicine specialist, and the head of Dr. Badawy Complete Care in Wayne, New Jersey. Dr. Hussein-Badawy attended the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed residency training at Hackensack University Medical Center Palisades in North Bergen, New Jersey. She was the chief resident during her final year.

About Our Practice

Thomas S. Ziering, MD, is a compassionate family practitioner serving patients in Morristown, New Jersey. Having practiced traditional family medicine for more than 30 years, Dr. Ziering has an exceptional career and the unique privilege and perspective of treating ALL patients and families regardless of gender identity, sexual identity, or medical issue. He has delivered more than 150 newborns in his career and many of the children he has cared for now bring their children and families to him.

Dr. Ziering graduated from Rutgers University Medical School in Newark and completed his residency at RWJ University Somerset Medical Center in 1990 where he was honored as the Top Resident Educator. Notably, he was part of the initial clinical trials as a clinical researcher for HIV illness during the HIV crisis in 1992. He is now one of the only private practices to treat and teach PrEP, PEP, and HIV care, as well as hormone therapy for men, women, and trans patients.

Sharing his wealth of knowledge and dedicated to education, Dr. Ziering lectures nationally and statewide and has been integral in teaching physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical students, residents, physicians, and faculty at many of New Jersey’s various programs. Dr. Ziering was also the former Medical Director of LGBTQI Services for a private medical corporation from 2015-2017. Most recently he was a speaker at the New Jersey Academy of Family Medicine in the first lecture on LGBTQI Medicine for Physicians in Practice.

Dr. Ziering, whose patients endearingly refer to as Tom, has had the privilege of electives in England (Oncology), Miami, Florida (Dermatology), and Dallas, Texas (Cardiology). Having been in Medical Education, Medical Administration, Concierge Medicine and Corporate Medicine, Dr. Ziering has found his passion as a healer to be most effective in Private Practice. By not limiting patient visits to 5-10 minutes, he has found the most comfortable and most involved method of practice with a half-hour to one-hour visit, depending on health issues. In this manner, multiple medical issues and mental health issues can be addressed often in one visit. Furthermore, the ‘exam rooms’ are set up more like small living rooms with home furnishings, aromatherapy, sound soothers and artwork conducive to a calm and relaxed discussion. Dr. Reema Iqbal is a family medicine physician with a heart for people, a mind for science, and a passion for the stories that shape health.

She recently completed a Sleep Medicine Fellowship in Connecticut, following her Family Medicine training at Hackensack Meridian Health – Ocean University Medical Center in New Jersey. Her journey to medicine has spanned continents and disciplines, reinforcing her commitment to whole-person care rooted in empathy, evidence, and advocacy.

Before entering medicine, Dr. Iqbal studied Applied Mathematics and Statistics at Stony Brook University. While she loved solving complex problems, she became even more intrigued by the human stories behind the data — the why behind the numbers. That curiosity led her to pursue her medical degree at the American University of Antigua, where she gained a global perspective on healthcare and a deep commitment to equity.

Her clinical path has been rich with experiences — from presenting rare cases at state-level conferences to helping patients manage sleep disorders that quietly affect every aspect of their lives. She is especially passionate about preventative medicine, recognizing its power to reduce long-term risk, improve quality of life, and empower patients to take ownership of their health.

A strong advocate for leadership and policy, Dr. Iqbal has served as the New Jersey State Resident Director for the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians and held leadership roles with the New York State Academy of Family Physicians. She brings that same drive to every patient interaction, believing that systemic change and compassionate care go hand in hand.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and conversational in American Sign Language, Dr. Iqbal sees language as a bridge to connection and healing. Dr. Huma Irshad is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Licensed in both Connecticut and New York, she brings a wealth of clinical experience across primary and urgent care settings to Greenwich Primary Care

Dr. Irshad earned her medical degree from Baqai Medical College and completed her Family Medicine residency at NSLIJ Southside Hospital in New York and Altru Health Center in North Dakota. Prior to joining the practice, she served as an Attending Physician at primary care clinics and high-volume urgent care centers across the Northeast. Alongside her clinical practice, she has contributed to pulmonary and critical care research at Beth Israel Hospital in New York.

Dr. Irshad is also one of the area's only civil surgeons and is USCIS-certified to perform INS Immigration Exams for patients across Greenwich Primary Care in both offices. Deeply committed to making healthcare accessible to diverse communities, Dr. Irshad is fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.

Esti Grossberger FNP-C, MSN, is the founder of Silver Lining Care and is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience caring for people of all ages. Her varied and extensive experience includes Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation and Geriatric Care. Offering a personal touch, Ms. Grossberger takes individualistic and holistic approaches with her patients, integrating information about a patient’s lifestyle, support systems and personal preferences into her treatment plan.
