Robert Mmereole, MD, is a board-certified family practitioner offering comprehensive medical care at his practice, Mmereole Health, in West New York, New Jersey. He welcomes new and established patients whether they need care for an acute illness or management of chronic disease. His experiences in surgery, OB/GYN, family medicine, and treating patients with burns have broadened his understanding of how each patient might feel when they walk into the office.
Dr. Mmereole started his career in chemical engineering, then decided to pursue medicine at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. After graduating with his medical degree, he completed a transitional year internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City before entering his residency training.
Dr. Mmereole finished a family medicine residency at the State University of New York (SUNY), Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York. Dr. Qays Munir graduated with academic distinction from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA, in 2022, and subsequently joined Boston Neurobehavioral Associates (BNBA). As an early career psychiatrist, Dr. Munir strives to accommodate the wide spectrum of his patients' needs. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy and emphasizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance.
Outside the therapy room, Rebecca lives in Maine with her husband and three mischievous dogs. She finds joy in outdoor work clearing land with her battery-powered chainsaw and in nurturing her flourishing rose gardens, a passion sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic.
