Raised in the country in the small town of Columbus, this is where Dr. Loseke’s roots and values of hard work and serving others were instilled. She carries these throughout life and has put herself through medical school.
She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2006, she achieved a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University, followed by an internship and partial anesthesiology residency at Des Peres Hospital.
In 2010, she finished her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Her career began in family medicine with Methodist Physician’s Clinic, where she provided comprehensive medical care to men, women, and children of all ages.
In 2012, Dr. Loseke became Medical Director of Freedom Healthcare in Lincoln, a group of clinics specializing in treating joint pain, soft tissue injuries, and sports injuries. She developed expertise and treatment modalities in visco-supplementation with hyaluronic acid, biologics product injections, and various alternative therapies under ultrasound and c-arm guidance.
Dr. Loseke feels fortunate to have achieved her lifelong dream of practicing medicine. She welcomes all patients and looks forward to serving them.

Tobias Shinaut, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Midwest Regional Health Services in Omaha, Nebraska. He especially enjoys preventive medicine and providing pediatric health care.
Dr. Shinaut is a lifelong resident of Nebraska. He completed his undergraduate education at Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska. Dr. Shinaut earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and completed a family medicine residency at Clarkson Family Medicine, also in Omaha.
To provide his patients with comprehensive care that extends to employment services, Dr. Shinaut completed a DOT Medical Examiner Certification through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association. He is a board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
When he’s not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three beautiful daughters. His hobbies include fishing, watching movies and sports, weight lifting, playing golf and ping pong, water skiing, and snow skiing. He plays the guitar and enjoys listening to the Beatles and Frank Sinatra.
I grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am one of seven children and I attended Lincoln East High School. I moved to Omaha in 1996 to attend medical school. I am married with six children; three boys and three girls. My 5th child; a little girl, was born with a genetic disorder called Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. My life is busy with work, church, watching & attending Nebraska Football games, being a dad & husband, taking care of pets and volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, where I am a Scoutmaster.

Some would call me a football fanatic and they would be right! Born and raised in Northwest Iowa, you can hear me cheering loudly for my three favorite teams: The Buena Vista Beavers, the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Minnesota Vikings. Dr. Blad and I were classmates in our residency program at Clarkson Family Medicine and we both started practicing here in the summer of 2003. I was a team physician for the Mavericks at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and served as a Health Services Physician on the campus. My primary focus is my family and I enjoy every minute of time I can spend with them.

Ryan Biga, DO, is a board-certified family medicine doctor who treats patients of all ages at Midwest Regional Health Services in Omaha, Nebraska. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri, and then completed his family medicine residency at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Biga stays up to date on the most current research concerning concussions and is a credentialed ImPACT Consultant (Immediate Post-concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing). He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
When he’s not at work, Dr. Biga enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their five children. He likes watching movies, reading, and rooting for his favorite sports teams, including the Green Bay Packers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and Chicago White Sox.
