Kathryn Kirpan, MD, is an internal medicine physician at Richmond Primary Care Specialists, providing high-quality primary care to adults in the Prince’s Bay neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City.
Dr. Kirpan brings more than 40 years of experience in preventive and primary care to the practice. She studied at Akademia Medyczna W Wrocławiu in Warsaw, Poland, earning her medical degree.
After graduation, Dr. Kirpan moved to New York City. She completed two residencies –– one at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn and the second at Staten Island University Hospital | Northwell Health in Staten Island.

Maria Joyce Rowena Bernabe, MD, is a dermatologist with Dermatology Associates of Central NJ in Old Bridge, Freehold, and Union, New Jersey.
Dr. Bernabe is licensed in family practice. She holds certification in radiation therapy of basal and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin. Dr. Bernabe is also certified in cosmetic procedures.
Initially trained in the Philippines, Dr. Bernabe graduated from Ateneo de Davao University, Davao Medical School Foundation with a bachelor’s degree in biology and Doctor of Medicine degree. In the United States, she studied in the Ghent Family Medicine Residency Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, where all her electives were in dermatology.
When she’s not working, Dr. Bernabe loves to spend time with her family and friends. She’s an avid reader and enjoys a wide range of music, including classical, jazz, and Filipino music. Ashleigh Lemaire, MD, is a board-certified family physician who sees patients of all ages at Raritan Family Healthcare. Her particular interests include reproductive care, mental health, and weight management. Dr. Lemaire sees patients at the practice's offices in Raritan and Bedminster, New Jersey.
Dr. Lemaire began her career at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. After graduation, she worked at Duke University Hospital in oncology nursing for two and a half years before deciding to go back to school to pursue medicine.
Dr. Lemaire completed a post-baccalaureate program at the University of North Carolina in Chappel Hill before relocating to New Jersey with her husband. She was accepted to Rutgers RWJ University in New Brunswick for medical school, where she decided to pursue Family Medicine.
After completing her family medicine residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where she served as chief resident, Dr. Lemaire began her practice. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine as well as the American Medical Association.

She then moved to North Carolina and enrolled at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduation, she moved back to NJ and completed her residency training at Rutgers- Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick. During that time, she proudly served as chief resident.

Christina Khalil, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician, bringing more than a decade of experience in primary care to Raritan Family Healthcare, serving people of all ages at our Raritan location.
Dr. Khalil began her professional education at the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York, earning her Bachelor of Science in life sciences and graduating magna cum laude. Then, she obtained her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, also in Old Westbury.
Before joining the team at Raritan Family Healthcare, Dr. Khalil completed a family medicine and community health residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Khalil proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Our nurse practitioner Victoria graduated from Wagner College with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2012 and her Masters of Science degree with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. Victoria worked as a nurse for ten years at Staten Island University Hospital on the telemetry and med surg units and she also worked at Edgar Nursing Home. Victoria joined our team in January 2022 and has since trained under Dr. Giovinazzo and has established herself as an essential part of our team.
Meet Estelle, a passionate healthcare professional originally from the quaint rural town of Cumberland, MD. Her journey in the field of healthcare began with her academic pursuits at West Virginia University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Business Administration. At WVU, Estelle excelled academically and showcased her commitment to service as a leader in philanthropy for women's cardiac care through Alpha Phi Sorority.
With a solid foundation in science and business, Estelle spent five years in dermatology before pursuing a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies at Saint Elizabeth University, focusing on dermatology and plastic surgery.

Sarah J. Shah, DNP, APN, A-GNP-C is a board certified and doctorally prepared nurse practitioner who specialized in adult-gerontology primary care. She graduated as Summa cum laude, was honored with academic excellence, and as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society from Rutgers School of Nursing in May 2022. She is dedicated to practicing holistic and preventative care for improved quality and longevity of life.
