Dr. Robert Clinton is an energetic and compassionate physician. He enjoys getting to know each of his patients and tries to make a difference in their lives. Dr. Clinton went to Wheaton College where he was a decathlete and still holds the javelin record. He played semi-pro football between college and medical school as a wide receiver for the National Champions. At the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Dr. Clinton was involved with the student body as the President of the AMA and the Illinois State Delegate. Following medical school, he served in the U.S. Army at Womack Army Medical Center. He is a disabled veteran and competes with Team USA. Dr. Clinton is very involved in the combat community having been on the North Carolina Boxing Commission for many years and covers all of the high-profile fights (UFC, Bellator, PFL, WBA, etc).

Dr. Bansal is dual board-certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine training at Mayo Clinic and then practiced Family Medicine for nine years. She then went on to pursue a Sleep Medicine fellowship at Duke University and subsequently joined the Duke University division of Sleep Medicine as a faculty physician. Most recently she transitioned from academic practice to establish her own clinic, Triangle Sleep Center. As a physician, I would go to work and talk to patients all day long about self-care, nutrition, and exercise, yet here I was unable to do this myself. I felt overwhelmed and stuck. Board-certified primary care physician Mrinalini Kodumagulla, MD, of Wake Family Medicine, is experienced in treating adults, children, adolescents, and seniors. Her empathy, dedication, honesty, and compassion make her unique and help her take care of all her patients’ primary care needs at her office in Cary, North Carolina. 

In 1991, Dr. Kodumagulla earned her bachelor’s degree in medicine and science from Sri Venkateswara Medical University in Tirupati, India. She then went on to complete her family medicine residency at Mercy Health Partners in Toledo, Ohio. In 2008, Dr. Kodumagulla became board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. To better serve her patients, Dr. Kodumagulla also holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. 

From 2005-2008, Dr. Kodumagulla was a resident physician at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. During her time there, she evaluated and treated patients in the emergency department and participated in all teaching conferences. The following year, she worked as a family physician at Tri-County Community Health Center (now known as CommWell Health) in Newton Grove, North Carolina, where she provided and managed direct patient care, trained and supervised medical students, and managed the daily operations of the patient care unit.

Since 2009, Dr. Kodumagulla has worked as a family physician at Wake Family Medicine, offering patients of all ages routine health care, including annual and school physicals, and executive health physicals. She also provides chronic health and acute care management for medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD. Philip Couch began his career as an accountant for a top 10 accounting firm over 30 years ago. He made a career in the business world, becoming a high level consultant for large corporations. While he found tremendous success in this career he did not find the fulfillment he was looking for in his work. He had always been a person who enjoyed mentoring others and helping them succeed in their career path. He went back to school at Duke University to obtain his ABSN and his FNP. He has worked on a hospital unit as well as within different specialty clinics. He would tell you he found his place in the medical field. He had been working in Laurinburg in an Internal Medicine clinic when he and his wife started talking about opening a clinic that would blend both medicine and mental health care. Philip is a provider who cares deeply for those who come to him for care. He wants to provide the most comprehensive and caring treatment possible.

Zach serves as the Practice Manager at MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health, where he oversees daily operations and plays an integral role in optimizing patient care services at all locations. He is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, enhancing workflow efficiency, and ensuring the practice operates smoothly and effectively.

Zach began his academic journey at Greensboro College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2022 while balancing the demands of being a full-time student-athlete on the basketball team. He later completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Florida International University in 2024.

He brings valuable hands-on experience in streamlining operational workflows, managing complex projects, and strengthening organizational systems. With a strong foundation in healthcare administration and regulatory compliance, Zach is highly skilled in scheduling coordination, records management, and implementing efficient administrative processes.

He is passionate about advancing mental health care through ethical leadership, operational excellence, and forward-thinking administrative practices that support both providers and the patients they serve.

She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while creating space to process emotions, heal relational wounds, and strengthen their connection with themselves and their loved ones. As an LMFT-A, Bailey takes a systemic approach to therapy, recognizing that relationships and environments are often an important part of a person's experiences. Her clinical experience spans private practice and inpatient settings, including working as a Medical Family Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation and as a Mental Health Technician in an inpatient psychiatric setting. These experiences have shaped her belief that effective therapy means meeting people where they are and working together to understand what they need.
