Dr. Shalu Bansal, MD

Dr. Bansal is dual board-certified in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine training at Mayo Clinic and then practiced Family Medicine for nine years. She then went on to pursue a Sleep Medicine fellowship at Duke University and subsequently joined the Duke University division of Sleep Medicine as a faculty physician. Most recently she transitioned from academic practice to establish her own clinic, Triangle Sleep Center. Triangle Sleep Center is a Direct Sleep Care practice designed to make high-quality sleep medicine more straightforward and accessible. Patients know the cost of their care upfront, have more direct access to their sleep physician and care team, and receive comprehensive care without the complexity and limitations often associated with traditional insurance-driven care.
