Ibrahim Opaleye, MD, provides family medicine services to patients at iClinic Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. He takes a non-traditional approach to traditional care, and believes in a patient-centered model.

Dr. Opaleye completed his ENT residency at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He then earned his BSC Health Science at Obafemi Awolowo University, before relocating to the United States where he worked as a family practice resident at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Rockaway, New York. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and New York, and is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, and narcotic dependence/addiction. 

Dr. Opaleye has worked for several hospitals throughout New York and Nigeria as a family practice physician, including Sheehan Hospital in Buffalo, Rapha Hospital in Buffalo, and Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Center in Albany. His special interests include pain management, immunology, addiction care, and weight management. He is also experienced with Spanish-speaking patient populations.

Isla Marrero is a double board certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality family medicine services to each client at iClinic Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia.

Completing her Baccalaureate of Science in both Biology and Nursing from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York, before going on to earn her Master of Science in nursing at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Shortly after her commencement, Isla was privileged to train under Richard Blondell, MD and the notable Antonia Redhead, MD, both highly esteemed, uniquely skilled and well-respected physicians in the state of New York and USA.

She has an accomplished 11 years of hands on clinical experience in primary care, acute care, addiction medicine and women’s gynecological health. In 2016, Isla became dedicated to the life long primary care and well being of PLWHIV.

Some of her interests include sexual health, opiate use disorder and PrEP for women of color.

Experienced primary care physician Ade Babalola, MD, is passionate about developing strong patient-physician relationships and is committed to helping his patients improve their overall health and well-being. At his private practice, Wagon Healthcare, in Atlanta, Georgia, he focuses on delivering integrated preventive care. His holistic approach focuses on providing highly personalized care that caters to each patient’s whole health — mind, body, and soul.

Dr. Babalola completed his bachelor’s degree at St. Joseph’s College and Hunter College in New York City. He went on to earn his medical degree at Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois, and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey.

Dr. Babalola understands his patients are busy and has structured his Atlanta-based practice to accommodate their schedules and needs. In addition to his concierge program, Dr. Babalola is now in-network with Medicare. He also provides executive physicals and specialized preventative testing, as well as being available on a limited basis for house calls and telemedicine services. Patients benefit from functional medicine aimed at improving and balancing their hormones and body function, including IV therapies and customized weight loss programs.

Although Dr. Babalola is in-network with Medicare, he’s otherwise an out-of-network health care provider. Dr. Sainvil is a Family Medicine Doctor and owner of Elitist Healthcare. Dr. Sainvil is dual board-certified with American Board of Family Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She received her medical degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015 and completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is currently licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida, and plans to obtain additional state licenses. Ms. Vong is a certified Physician Associate (PA-C) with more than 2 years of experience as a clinician and several years of experience in a medical setting providing quality care to patients of all ages. She received her Master of Science in the Physician Assistant Program from South College, where she gained the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive patient care.

​Ms. Vong is devoted to working with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that are suited to their specific needs and preferences. She empathizes with patients, taking into consideration the patient’s physical, emotional, and social well-being in creating individualized treatment plans.

​In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her friends and family. She has a dog and loves taking him outside whether it is a short walk in the park or a hike near the mountains or river. Her other interests include doing yoga, learning more about gardening, and listening to wellness and nutrition podcasts.

Dr. Will Epps practices at our Conyers, Johns Creek/Suwanee, and Lawrenceville locations. After receiving his medical degree at Pennsylvania State College of Medicine, Dr. Epps completed an anesthesiology residency and fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Epps is board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management and has excelled in several roles throughout his career, including serving as a medical officer in the U.S. Navy caring for our servicemen at home and abroad during three combat deployments. He also has the unique distinction of being a member of 100 Black Men of Atlanta, an organization dedicated to high performing professionals in Atlanta.

Dr. Cameron received her medical degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. She did further training in the specialty of family medicine at the Family Practice residency in Orlando, Flo​rida. Since then, she has worked in primary care offices and urgent care clinics in both Alabama and Georgia. In addition to her medical education and training, Dr. Cameron has completed ​a master’s degree in the field of nutrition. She enjoys educating her patients on chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and heart disease. Dr. Cameron is committed to helping her patients achieve their best quality of life.
