Lindsey Michaels is the owner and a Nurse Practitioner of Silver Creek Family Practice, PLLC that
provides medical care in a rural community in North Carolina. Lindsey has grew up in her community
where she now provides exceptional medical care. She obtained an Associates in Nursing from Western
Piedmont Community College, Bachelors in Nursing from Western Carolina University, Master in Science
with an emphasis on Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University, and a Master in Science with
Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. Lindsey provides one on one care with
several patients to meet their needs for family practice concerns with chronic illness (Hypertension,
Diabetes, etc.) and acute illnesses (colds, allergies, strep throat, injuries, etc.). Lindsey also operates a
weight management program offered at Silver Creek Family Practice, this program offers a structured
self driven weight program.
