My name is Cassie Bozard, and I'm a Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a Master’s and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. I provide an integrative holistic approach to treatment through comprehensive medication management (prescription and supplement utilization), therapy, and/or lifestyle changes. With my educational background in Psychiatry, Exercise Science, and being a 4 year collegiate athlete, I am passionate about incorporating nutrition, physical activity, goal setting, and mindset work into my practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
I treat adolescents (starting at age 12) and adults struggling with depression (seasonal, pre-menstrual, pre and postpartum), anxiety (generalized, school, career, social), ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, insomnia, substance abuse (alcohol), and eating disorders.
I also specialize in psycho-oncology, ensuring clients with cancer receive the mental health treatment needed to be able to function effectively to optimize cancer treatment interventions.
