Joanna Ayala, MD, is a board-certified physician with over a decade of experience in family medicine. She proudly leads the team at Murrieta Primary Care Clinic in Murrieta, California.

Hong earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Beijing University in Beijing, China. After moving to the U.S., Hong received a forensic nursing certification from the University of California Riverside-Extension Center in Riverside, California, served as a registered nurse supervisor at Plymouth Tower Care and Living Center in Riverside, California, and continued her work as a registered nurse case manager at Lorian Health in Murrieta, California. 

After earning a Master of Science in Nursing at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, Hong certified as a family nurse practitioner and held the position of nurse practitioner provider at Peak Health Solutions in Franklin, Tennessee, before joining the team at Apple Urgent Care.

Hong is experienced in surgical intensive care; emergency medicine; obstetrics and gynecology; ear, nose, and throat; ophthalmology; and home health care. David Zebrack, DO, is a conscientious and friendly primary care physician and founder of Temecula Valley Primary Care Physicians. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and has cared for patients in Temecula, California, since 2004.

Dr. Zebrack began his education at UCLA where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychobiology. He then went on to complete his medical education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. After earning his doctorate, Dr. Zebrack completed a one-year rotating internship at Rio Hondo Hospital in Downey, California, and a three-year family practice residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center in San Bernardino, California.

During his postgraduate training, Dr. Zebrack served as the president of his residency program. He has held various leadership positions over the years and has enjoyed mentoring medical students. In 1981, Dr. Wise started his own private practice in Swedesboro, New Jersey. He moved to the Temecula Valley area in 1987, where he has continued practicing medicine ever since. Dr. Wise is an active member of his church and community. He volunteers annually for musical productions, and when he’s not in the office, he enjoys jogging and other fitness activities.

Eugenie Kim, DDS, is a senior dentist and a clinical director of her four practices located in Hesperia, Apple Valley, Moreno Valley, and Redlands.

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Dr. Kim matches each patient with the best possible treatment option tailored to their individual needs. Additionally, she strongly believes in the value of patient comfort and therefore strives to make every visit a comfortable and pleasant one.

Graduating with honors from the University of Toronto, Dr. Kim earned a dual Bachelor of Science in psychology and physiology with a minor in linguistics. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Kim immediately found herself above the curve in handling dental cases and patient care, which resulted in the early completion of her clinical requirements, and she graduated at the top of her class.

Dr. Kim taught at Loma Linda Dental School as an assistant professor and her primary focus is on dental implants. Wayne Dysinger, MD, MPH Wayne is an Inland Empire native, having been born and raised in Loma Linda and Yucaipa. He completed medical school at Loma Linda University, followed by a Family Medicine Residency at Florida Hospital, and a Preventive Medicine Residency back at Loma Linda. He has worked in Guam, Atlanta and New Hampshire prior to returning to Loma Linda University as Chair of the Preventive Medicine Department in 2003. Wayne has an international reputation as a leader in the field of Lifestyle Medicine, having served as President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and as an international consultant in the area. He is also the Medical Director of the Lifestyle Medicine Institute, and a Professor at Loma Linda University.
