I recently had my annual, senior physical with Dr. Zebrack. He was kind, considerate, and listened to what I had to say. He was a little concerned about my high BP and ordered some tests to find out what the problem is. In the meaShow morentime, he prescribed a new medication that dropped my BP by almost 50 points in 2 days. Although I moved back to Orange County a few years ago, I continue to see Dr. Zebrack; even though he is over an hour away now. That is because a good doctor is hard to find; and a great doctor nearly impossible.
Dr Zebreck has been my family physician for over 15 years. His explanations are always clear and concise and I feel reassured after each consultation. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and works together with me to come Show moreup with the best course of action. On top of that, he has a very calming presence that makes me feel at ease during my visits. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. The entire staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Zebreck to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor!
David Zebrack, DO, is a conscientious and friendly primary care physician and founder of Temecula Valley Primary Care Physicians. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and has cared for patients in Temecula, California, since 2004.
Dr. Zebrack began his education at UCLA where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychobiology. He then went on to complete his medical education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. After earning his doctorate, Dr. Zebrack completed a one-year rotating internship at Rio Hondo Hospital in Downey, California, and a three-year family practice residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center in San Bernardino, California.
During his postgraduate training, Dr. Zebrack served as the president of his residency program. He has held various leadership positions over the years and has enjoyed mentoring medical students. Upon earning his board certification in family medicine, Dr. Zebrack joined a multispecialty medical group in Torrance, California.
In 2004, Dr. Zebrack relocated with his family to Temecula, California, where he joined Dr. Douglas Wise and eventually founded Temecula Valley Primary Care Physicians. In addition to his primary care practice, Dr. Zebrack has acted as a preceptor to train medical students, participated in research and clinical trials, and served as the department chief of family medicine at Southwest Healthcare System in Wildomar, California.
When he is out of the office, Dr. Zebrack has been a fundraiser for the United Jewish Welfare Fund and served multiple terms on the board of his homeowners' association. Dr. Zebrack enjoys spending time time withife and three children. He stays active through tap dancing, golfing and traveling.

I always have a good experience when I come to the doctor office. I have found the people to be very friendly.
When I was sick, it was easy to get a tele-visit. Dr. Zebrack recommended a Covid test and then instructed me that if I’m negative to come in and get swabbed for Strep or Flu. It was easy to come in and get swabbed and they called in my antibiotic!
Wait time was a bit long. Dr. Zebrack was accommodating.

The check in process was easy with the option of self check-in at a kiosk. The doctor and company were efficient and asked percent questions and listened. No judging no finger wagging. Great bedside manner. I reviewed a flu shot and other items I won't mention. Great experience. I used their patient portal which is easy to use. The app or website. Easy peasy.
