Martina Ratliff, FNP-C, is an experienced family nurse practitioner who shares her more than 22 years of clinical practice experience. She serves as a Primary Care Provider at Triad Primary Health and Wellness in High Point, North Carolina. She welcomes patients for routine primary care and preventive medicine, chronic disease and medication management, Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, and sick visits.
Martina received her Master of Science in Nursing from Winston Salem State University in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Nursing Association.
Her strong background in hospital medicine, infectious disease, internal medicine, and care management makes her particularly well-suited to address family medical needs, from diabetes to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Martina has a compassionate bedside manner that supports patients on their health care journeys and a professional demeanor that makes her skilled at coordinating specialist and hospital care.
