Carmen is great! She is very responsive to my messages and tries to take care of all my needs.
I found Ms. Chatten professional and her booking organized. I have had a handful of sessions with her I found the process she has for her mental health intakes over complicated and overwhelming. It feels as if you may not get to the root of your needs met without meeting the extra steps she lays out. I do not think Ms. Chatten is well equipped yet for patients dealing with issues beyond general anxiety and depression. If you have those needs and this is might be a good fit

I saw Ms. Carmen Chatten as a new patient for an annual physical. Her manner was personable as well as professional. I felt completely at ease discussing my past medical history as well as any current concerns. While she took notes during our visit, she made sure we both noted any follow ups, and reviewed them at the end of our visit. I found this to be especially helpful. I appreciate that she offers both in-person as well as telehealth visits. I highly recommend Ms. Carmen Chatten.
