I found her intake to be incredibly thorough, as I was dealing with a bit of a crisis. Carmen fit me into her schedule basically same day, and had incredible empathy and guidance. The first few sessions we figured out some root causes and got to the bottom of things, and found a course of action. I am so happy that i finally feel like myself again!
