She completed her residency and fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Girón is a Creighton Model/NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant and is working toward certification as a Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) Provider. She is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and serves on the board of the Tampa Guild of the Catholic Medical Association.
