Nurse practitioner Jeanie Menendez embarked her healthcare journey in the fast-paced work of Emergency Medicine and trauma in South Florida which cultivated resilience and expertise laying the foundation for commitment to patient care. Harnessing the intensity of those early experiences, she pursued academic excellence at The University of Tampa earning a Masters of Science in Nursing and becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. Transitioning to the role of Nurse Practitioner, an early calling was found in community health in Tampa. Here, passion for making a difference intersected with the pressing needs of the underserved.
