I grew up in a small rural town in Western Massachusetts, went to medical school at St. George's University in Grenada, did my residency training in NYC and moved to Kentucky in 2005 where I have practiced family medicine since. My background is diversely unique and I believe medicine should be as well. I believe that health and wellness requires an integrative approach that combines nutrition, exercise, hormone balance, mental and spiritual growth to achieve longevity . Medicine is individualized for each person based on treating the root cause of disease and teaching patients how to incorporate it into their lives. My goal is to help you live a youthful, healthy energetic life and be the best possible version of yourself.
