Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital. He regularly sees every member of the family, and he’s proud to establish long-term relationships with everyone, from young children to seniors. Daphne Jones-Black, FNP-BC, is a board-certified and highly accomplished family nurse practitioner, certified case manager, and certified occupational hearing conservationist. Risha Kopel, MD is a board certified provider in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Brown Medical School and did her residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She has done research in cardiology and obesity treatment.

Dr. Kopel has won scholarly awards for Internal Medicine from the American College of Physicians and has been voted one of the best doctors in Dallas in D Magazine. Michael V. Tran, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and certified wound care specialist in Arlington and Dallas, Texas. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Tran serves the Dallas-Ft. Worth & Arlington, using a broad range of innovative foot and ankles treatments. From everyday foot and ankle ailment and trauma to diabetic and wound care. 

Dr. Tran first completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating he enrolled in Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.  Upon graduation, Dr. Tran completed a three-year foot and ankle medicine and surgery residency in Pennsylvania and Ohio, where he treated thousands of complex foot and ankle disorders. Paul Worrell, DO, leads the team at Dallas Family Medicine in Dallas, Texas. His goal for the clinic was to create a space where he could treat the entire family. Dr. Worrell finds it incredibly rewarding to treat three and sometimes even four generations of the same family.

Dr. Worrell graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin before receiving his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Ft.
