Daphne Jones-Black, FNP-BC, is a board-certified and highly accomplished family nurse practitioner, certified case manager, and certified occupational hearing conservationist. Daphne’s educational journey began at Concorde Career Institute-Arlington, where she completed a vocational nursing program that laid the groundwork for her career. She further honed her nursing skills at Excelsior University in Albany, New York, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing in 2011.

Driven by a passion for nursing and a commitment to excellence, Daphne continued her education at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she achieved a bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse in 2014.

With a thirst for knowledge and a desire to expand her scope of practice, she pursued a master’s degree in family practitioner nursing at Chamberlain University, solidifying her expertise in primary and ambulatory care delivery.

Dr. Julio C. Olivieri is a Medical Director at MyFitMed and a highly experienced physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Preventive Health. Dr. Olivieri graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Science Campus in 1992 and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Damas Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Since then, he has cared for patients across the Dallas–Fort Worth area through both private practice and hospital care, including at Mesquite Community Hospital and Dallas Regional Medical Center. In addition to clinic work, he has provided house calls for patients in need and continues to serve multiple hospice agencies due to his deep commitment to palliative and compassionate care.

Lewis Nyantika, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Practitioner at Primecare Family Practice in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Nyantika, who also goes by “Lewis,” prides himself in providing high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care that is both accessible and affordable.

Maryline Ongangi, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Primary Care Practitioner at the private medical practice Primecare Family Practice in Arlington, Texas. Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. Michael V. Tran, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and certified wound care specialist in Arlington and Dallas, Texas. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Tran serves the Dallas-Ft. Worth & Arlington, using a broad range of innovative foot and ankles treatments. From everyday foot and ankle ailment and trauma to diabetic and wound care. 

Dr. Tran first completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating he enrolled in Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.  Upon graduation, Dr. Tran completed a three-year foot and ankle medicine and surgery residency in Pennsylvania and Ohio, where he treated thousands of complex foot and ankle disorders. He later sought advanced training in ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, and complex deformity correction utilizing the Ilizarov External Fixation Method—used to treat a breadth of bone and soft tissue problems in patients.

Melita Williams, MD, is a board-certified family and integrative medicine specialist practicing at Healing Hands Holistic Health in Plano, Texas. Dr. Williams has a lifelong interest in medicine, specifically in identifying the conditions at the root of disruptive symptoms, after watching her mother live with the challenging health problems of systemic lupus. In addition to her conventional medical training, Dr. Williams has also studied alternative medicine at the Global College of Natural Medicine in Santa Cruz, California, and the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine in San Diego. She’s board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine, and she also successfully passed the board certification exam for integrative medicine offered by the American Board of Physician Specialties.
