Mike grew up in several states and Germany. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nebraska University through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program while serving in the US Army. He later was selected and earned his Doctorate of Science in Clinical Orthopedics through Baylor University/US Army Physician Assistant Orthopedic Fellowship.

Mike is a retired US Army Major with multiple combat deployments and an extensive background in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Flight Surgery, and Orthopedics both non-operative and operative. His final assignment included Cast clinic chief, Adjunct faculty member to US Army Graduate School Academy Health Sciences, and senior Orthopedic Physician Assistant for Darnall Army Medical Center/Fort Hood, Texas. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mike currently lives in Celina. He enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and carpentry/building.

Maryline Ongangi, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Primary Care Practitioner at the private medical practice Primecare Family Practice in Arlington, Texas. Ms. Ongangi, who also goes by “Maryline,” is a trusted and reliable nurse practitioner based in the Arlington area. She feels fortunate to be serving the community she calls home.

Maryline attended Texas Tech University (TTU) in Lubbock, Texas, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. Next, she attended Texas A&M University in College Station, where she achieved her Master’s Degree in Family Nursing.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience.
