Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. He was Associate Director of the Transitional Year Residency Program at Ocean University Medical Center, Clinical Site Director for Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, and currently serves as Chairman of Medicine at Ocean University Medical Center, where he leads academic and clinical efforts within the department.

Dr. Patel also served as a physician for Monmouth and Middlesex County Correctional Facilities, providing care in challenging and high-security environments. In addition, he worked as an occupational physician for Continental Airlines at Newark International Airport. Before founding his private practice in Brick in 2006, he practiced medicine in both the Bronx, New York, and Manhasset, Long Island, gaining extensive experience in diverse clinical settings.

Dr. Patel is an active member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. Adam Redlich, MD, is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, practicing at A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. With two office locations in Robbinsville (Mercer county) and Neptune (Monmouth), New Jersey, Dr. Redlich sees patients at both offices & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field.  

Dr. Redlich's passion is to maintain the small-town, local sports doctor approach for the region, which he has been doing since 2003 - even before he opened A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. He takes great pride in serving the community and surrounding area he calls home. 

Dr. Redlich also trained under one of the non-operative sports medicine field’s founders at Rutgers/Jersey Shore University Medical Center - Sports Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stephen Rice, in addition to leaders in the Sports Medicine & Regenerative Medicine and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound fields – Dr. Brian Shiple and Dr. Robert Monaco.  

Education has always been of importance to Dr. Redlich. He trained at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Crozer Keystone Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute.  During his family medicine residency at suburban Philadelphia's Crozer Keystone Health System, he acquired tremendous experience caring for athletes from local schools, weekend warriors doing marathons and triathlons, and higher level athletes at nearby Olympic Training Sites thru Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute.   Dr. Redlich remains an adjunct faculty member and volunteer clinical instructor for Rutgers - RWJ Medical School – Family Medicine, RWJBarnabas Residency – Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, Hackensack Meridian Health – Jersey Shore University Medical Center / Ocean Medical Center – Pediatrics & Family Medicine, CentraState Medical Center – Family Medicine, Newark Beth Israel – Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine.

Dr. Redlich lives with his family within a few minutes of his office and was born and raised in Monmouth County.  He himself enjoys being active having over the years been a coach, runner, marathoner, triathlete, golfer, weight-lifter, hiker, mountain & trail biker, cycling, spin, yoga, walker, and High Intensity Interval Training participant at various points in his life. 

Marzena Villacorta, APN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. She brings extensive and diverse clinical experience, having worked across multiple specialties. Her broad background allows her to care for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health needs.

Marzena completed her advanced practice nursing education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, where she received specialized training in adult and geriatric primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she practiced for many years as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings and community-based environments. She is also an Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse and a Medical-Surgical Certified Nurse, and holds multiple additional certifications that support her comprehensive clinical practice, including IVIG therapy, wound care, and preventive health. Marzena is fluent in both English and Polish.

Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He specializes in the evaluation and non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions in athletes and active individuals of all ages.

Dr. Figueroa earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Connecticut State University, where he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-field care. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency training in family medicine at Rowan University SOM.

Vanvian Hoo, LCSW, PsyD, is a senior clinical and psychotherapist at Hudson River Care and Counseling. Dr. Hoo works virtually. 

Vanvian brings over 20 years of experience to the practice with no signs of stopping. Currently pursuing her doctorate in psychology from Felician University in Rutherford, New Jersey, Vanvian specializes in neuropsychology and multicultural psychology. After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Wagner College, Vanvian earned a master’s in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. Erin M. Heaslip is a board-certified music therapist and licensed social worker. She completed her master’s in music therapy from the University of Miami and has been practicing music therapy since 2011. She completed her master’s in social work in 2024 from Boston University and is licensed in New Jersey and New York. Erin offers both virtual and in person sessions in the Hoboken office.

She has experience with children with developmental disabilities and neurodiverse clients and families. Betrice Thompson is a highly experienced LCSW with over 30 years of dedicated service in the field of social work, specializing in geriatric issues, such as adjustment disorder, grief and loss, hospice, depression, anxiety, and caregiver support. Betrice passion extends to working with the faith community, particularly clergy (pastors and their families) addressing issues related to mental health challenges often not discussed in the faith community.

Dr. Matthew Rodgers trained at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and joins the practice after retiring from the Army after a 27-year career.  He is board certified in family medicine and sleep medicine with a focus on sleep medicine for the past 10 years.   He was the Army medical director for the virtual medical center for two years focusing on providing synchronous and asynchronous virtual health care throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Dr. Rodgers created virtual sleep medicine clinics to provide sleep testing and treatment to sites in four countries and eight sites, throughout Europe. Professionally he enjoys narcolepsy, sleep apnea and the complex interactions between sleep and PTSD.  Dr. Rodgers likes football, basketball, and baseball.  But ironically wasn’t good at any of them, so he played rugby for eight years and wrestled for fourteen and coached wrestling for five years.

Dr. Amy Meoli has been practicing sleep medicine for over 20 years. She trained at the University of Missouri-Kansas City prior to her sleep fellowship at Allegheny University in Philadelphia.
