Julia Granacki is a board-certified (NBC-HWC) Women’s Health Coach and Pilates instructor with certifications from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Harvard Medical School. As a multi-disciplinary practitioner focusing on perimenopause and menopause, she brings a diverse wealth of knowledge and insight to her clients navigating midlife change.

I practice traditional Mt. Sinai trained medicine, with a great appreciation for Integrative and alternative approaches. Sandra Gilban, MD PC, is a board-certified family medicine physician, with an office in the Upper East Side neighborhood of New York City, New York. Dr. Gilban is proud to offer concierge medicine at her practice for a wide range of primary care and wellness services. 

Dr. Gilban attended the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, graduating in 1984 with her doctorate in medicine. Priscilla Borkor, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience in psychotherapy, psychiatric social work, wellness advisory, and clinical supervision. Her work spans hospital, emergency department, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient care, care management, and community mental health settings, where she has provided trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care to individuals with complex mental health, medical, and psychosocial needs.

Priscilla is passionate about helping individuals, families, schools, and organizations cultivate emotional safety, heal from trauma, and build lasting resilience. She brings clinical expertise, practical insight, and deep compassion to every space she enters, translating evidence-based care into meaningful, real-world impact. Victoria Adimando, NP-C

Our nurse practitioner Victoria graduated from Wagner College with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2012 and her Masters of Science degree with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. Victoria worked as a nurse for ten years at Staten Island University Hospital on the telemetry and med surg units and she also worked at Edgar Nursing Home. Victoria joined our team in January 2022 and has since trained under Dr. Giovinazzo and has established herself as an essential part of our team.
