Yvonne Latimer, MD is a board-certified family practice physician at Pinnacle Health Group in Tampa, Florida. She has over 15 years of experience in treating adult medicine, women's health, geriatrics, and mental health.
Dr. Latimer completed her undergraduate studies at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia. She then moved to Baltimore, Maryland, to complete her family practice residency at Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center, where she was chief family practice resident during her final year.
Dr. Latimer decided to become a family physician because she loved her experience treating the entire family as a medical student. She is known for her warmth, compassion, care delivery, and great sense of humor.
She currently belongs to the Florida Academy of Family Physicians and American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Girón is a board-certified family medicine physician with fellowship training in obstetrics. Originally from Colombia, she is fluent in Spanish and passionate about serving diverse communities. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Cornell University, conducted epidemiological research at the National Institutes of Health, and received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency and fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Girón is a Creighton Model/NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant and is working toward certification as a Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) Provider. She is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and serves on the board of the Tampa Guild of the Catholic Medical Association. Dedicated to holistic, life-affirming primary care, Dr. Girón enjoys family time and the outdoors.
Pina Panchal, MD is a native Canadian with a strong passion for working with women. Trained in a variety of aesthetic services and skilled in the medical management of weight loss and hormone deficiencies, she offers her services to both men and women of Tampa, Florida, at Bella Mia Medical Aesthetics and Laser Institute. Dr. Panchal believes a woman is at her best when she feels her best. She takes pride in helping her patients feel happy, healthy, and confident.
Dr. Panchal is board-certified in family medicine. She completed her bachelor’s degree in health sciences at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. She went on to study medicine at the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine in the Netherlands. Dr. Panchal completed her residency in family medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, then served as Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Georgia. She enjoyed working with medical students and residents in this teaching capacity.
At Bella Mia, Dr. Panchal provides a wide variety of aesthetics services and has certifications in a variety of procedures and treatments such as neuromodulators, fillers, Kybella®, laser skin treatments, medically-managed weight loss, and management of hormone deficiencies.
Dr. Panchal speaks fluent Guajarati, Hindi, and English. She belongs to a number of professional associations, including the American Academy of Family Medicine, the North American Menopause Society, the American Medical Association, and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Melodie Mope, M.D. obtained her medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine, and completed her Residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri in Family Medicine. Dr. Mope is also the Family Medicine Clerkship Director for FSU's Orlando Campus. She works closely with medical students and helps teach them the importance of giving quality care to all patients. She received an award in 2019 for “Best of the Best in Patient Experience” as well as Orlando Magazine’s Top Doc award 4 consecutive years in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She will continue to provide that same “award winning” care to her patients in the community she lives in. To her, being a doctor is more than just taking care of a patient, she believes in getting to know her patients and treating them like family, creating an environment and relationship that will help lead to, or continue, a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

Nurse practitioner Jeanie Menendez embarked her healthcare journey in the fast-paced work of Emergency Medicine and trauma in South Florida which cultivated resilience and expertise laying the foundation for commitment to patient care. Harnessing the intensity of those early experiences, she pursued academic excellence at The University of Tampa earning a Masters of Science in Nursing and becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
Transitioning to the role of Nurse Practitioner, an early calling was found in community health in Tampa. Here, passion for making a difference intersected with the pressing needs of the underserved. Orland Mata obtained his Master's of Science in Nursing in Universidad el Turabo in Puerto Rico and graduated in 2016. He then moved form Puerto Rico to Florida seeking better opportunities and was able to initiate his nurse practitioner career in Sebring, FL in October of 2016 as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. With over 6 years of experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and primary care, Mr. Mata developed a passion for preventative care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.
