I have trained in Family Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center and hold additional qualification certifications in Hospital Medicine, Aerospace Medicine and Critical Care Aerial Transport.
I have a 17-year Reserve Military service history with the United States Air Force having served as a Pararescue Flight Surgeon and Critical Care Transport Doctor, and have also served as a Rescue Flight Surgeon for the NASA Space Shuttle Program. I currently hold privileges at Advent Health Hospitals in the Orlando region.
Orland Mata obtained his Master's of Science in Nursing in Universidad el Turabo in Puerto Rico and graduated in 2016. He then moved form Puerto Rico to Florida seeking better opportunities and was able to initiate his nurse practitioner career in Sebring, FL in October of 2016 as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. With over 6 years of experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and primary care, Mr. Mata developed a passion for preventative care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.
Board-certified family medicine physician Francis Kane, MD, was born and raised in Sebring, Florida, where he established his Precision First Healthcare practice.
Dr. Kane's educational journey began at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He then completed the Clinical Clerkship Graduate Certificate Program at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami.
He graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the American College of Antigua College of Medicine in Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda. Dr. Kane then attended the Family Medicine Residency Training Program at AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, where he became the chief resident. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr. Kane plans to establish multiple clinical practices throughout Sebring and Highlands County, bringing quality health care to the area and giving back to the community where he grew up.

Dr. Hemendra Sarda is a board-certified family medicine physician with a career dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care. With more than a decade of extensive clinical and leadership experience, Dr. Sarda excels in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of health conditions.

Dr. Nhat T. Nguyen, D.O., M.S. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, and wellness medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed her Family Medicine Residency at St. Petersburg General Hospital.
She has served as teaching faculty at Nova Southeastern University and St. Petersburg General Hospital, where she trains and mentors nurse practitioner students, physician assistant students, and resident physicians. Dr. Nguyen is passionate about teaching clinical excellence — helping trainees refine diagnostic reasoning, master procedural skills, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
