Saginaw Valley State University, Recovery Pathways LLC. Dr. Matthew Mitchell has been part of the recovery movement since 1998. During that time, he developed residential programs for adolescents struggling with SUD and participated in research on the effectiveness of MAT, cognitive-behavioral counseling, and specialized programs for patients.
