Dr. Nelson is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) by the the American Osteopathic Association upon the recommendation of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Orland Mata obtained his Master's of Science in Nursing in Universidad el Turabo in Puerto Rico and graduated in 2016. He then moved form Puerto Rico to Florida seeking better opportunities and was able to initiate his nurse practitioner career in Sebring, FL in October of 2016 as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. With over 6 years of experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and primary care, Mr. Mata developed a passion for preventative care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.

Janelle Bauer, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner at The Wellness Clinic at New Tampa Interventional Pain & Sports Medicine in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

After graduating high school, she started her health care journey as a nursing assistant. Janelle pursued her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of South Florida in Hillsborough County, Florida. Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.

Dr. Harvey is extensively trained in all areas of dermatology and has a particular interest in skin cancer detection and treatment, skin care, acne, and aesthetics. She performs all cosmetic injectable procedures personally.

With experience and training in all skin types, Dr. Harvey remains one of the leading authorities in the treatment of ethnic skin concerns. She is an expert in providing cosmetic and skin care services to people of Asian, Indian, and Latin heritage.

He enjoys working with children, adults, and families. He is proud of his integrated focus on psychological and medical wellness and prevention. Dr. Nessetti completed his training at The University of Nebraska (Psychology/Psychopharmacology) and Creighton University (Family Medicine). He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was elected to Fellow Status in 2004 with the American Psychological Association. He has served as president of a number of Medical and Psychological membership organizations. He serves as the director of training for students, interns, and residents at AllCare. He is a strong surgical proceduralist and conducts a wide variety of surgical services at AllCare.

She has an MD in family practice from the Morton Plan Mease, USF program, in Clearwater, Florida.
