I completed my residency at Howard University in Washington, DC and Mount Sinai in Chicago, Illinois. After residency, I began practicing family medicine at Health Partners in Minnesota, where I remained for over 12 years. During my time at Health Partners, I fostered meaningful relationships with patients and their families. I enjoyed the interactions and more importantly, learned from them. In Texas, I plan to continue the same practices. Throughout my career, I have received numerous honors and awards including being nominated for the Minnesota Family Physician of the year award in 2008 and 2009. I was also featured as a guest physician on the “Doc Hollywood” TV show series, hosted by HealthPartners from 2013-2014. We educated viewers on diverse medical conditions which they selected.

As a Pain Management and Sports Medicine Physician, Dr. Verma utilizes various imaging studies, astute physical examinations, and ultrasound guided procedures to accurately diagnose and treat pain and injuries. Using telemedicine, Dr. Verma’s focus is to provide comprehensive care to patients in order to identify and manage the root cause of pain. In 2019 Dr. Verma attended a Harvard Medical School accredited CME Course "Sports Medicine 2019”. The program agenda was to provide State-of-the-Art Approaches to Optimize the Diagnosis, Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Prevention of Sports Injuries. Dr. Verma also participated in a limited availability workshop to update his knowledge of Ultrasound and the most recent advances in Regenerative Medicine guided by leading experts from Harvard Medical School as well as from the following Boston’s professional sports teams: Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, New England Revolution and New England Patriots. Saba Shabnam, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician in Grapevine, Texas, proudly serving the communities in the Dallas Fort Worth area for more than 15 years. Dr. Shabnam graduated with honors from the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996. She moved to the United States and completed her family medicine training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College. Through this residency, Dr. Shabnam served as chief resident. 

Post-residency, Dr. Shabnam moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has been working in private practice since 2005. She works closely with specialists and physicians in other disciplines to provide her patients with the best, individualized treatment. She has special skills and interests in functional and anti-aging medicine, wellness, aesthetics, and FUE hair transplants. Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen is a highly regarded internist, with a specialization in Sleep Medicine, practicing in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. He and his wife Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen treat their patients from the warm and comfortable Prima Health Clinic in Garland, TX.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen grew up in Houston and later attended the University of Dallas at Irving where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He then went to the UT San Antonio Medical School and completed his internship in Internal Medicine. Dr. Nguyen transferred to the UTMB to complete his residency in Internal Medicine. He then joined the Prima Health Clinic in 1993. Dr. Nguyen is also board certified in Sleep Medicine, which he obtained in 2010.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen spends his spare time with the three daughters he has with his wife and is an avid runner. He has even run in marathons and a few triathlons.

Dr. Nguyen then returned to Dallas for her Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Nguyen then joined her husband, Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen, and father at the Prima Health Clinic in 1996.  She is devoted to early detection and determining the root cause of illnesses through functional testing. She also provides lifestyle and nutritional therapy. She is currently undergoing a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine.
