She began her nursing career after graduating from Odessa College in her hometown of Odessa, TX. She then attended Texas Tech Health Sciences Center to obtain her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She worked at the local hospital in Odessa for several years with pediatric, mother/baby, Neonatal ICU patients and discovered her love for the smallest patients. Children's Medical Center of Dallas was Oleta's next career move where she worked in several different departments, including ER, general pediatrics, and being a member of the IV team. After 8 years with Children's, she decided to further her career and become a Family Nurse Practitioner, earning her degree from Texas Woman's University in 2012. She moved to Celina, TX to take care of the many patients in and around Celina.
Dr.Sunila Philips is a board-certified family physician and primary care doctor providing comprehensive healthcare needs of Plano and surrounding communities since 2011. She brings to Wellness Medicine McKinney more than a decade of outpatient, inpatient and long-term care experience.
Dr.Philips earned her medical degree from Dr.B.R Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore, India. She then moved to the United States, where she completed her residency in Family Medicine at New York Medical College - St.Josephs Family Medicine Program. Subsequently she completed her Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at New York Medical College - Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center.Dr.Philips is a Fellow of American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr Skinner, a life long resident of North Texas, graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University, with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Family Medicine from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock. Dr Skinner specializes in family medicine, and has experience in advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine, emergent and urgent care, occupational medicine, and physical medicine and rehab, and esthetics. His goal is to help patients live happy, healthy, active lives at any age by promoting healthy lifestyles. Dr Skinner is married and has three sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and being involved with his local church community.

Bryan Weddle, DC, is chiropractor who has been helping people heal from musculoskeletal injuries for over 21 years. Dr. Weddle specializes in the active release technique at Liberty HealthCare, with offices in Grapevine, Mesquite, and Plano, Texas.
Dr. Weddle received his doctorate in chiropractic at Parker University in 1995. He is certified in the active release technique, which uses non-invasive methods to treat soft tissue and overuse injuries. While Dr. Weddle utilizes several different methods to ease pain, he is especially skilled in performing spinal manipulation under anesthesia. At Liberty HealthCare, Dr. Weddle has extensive training and experience in rehabilitation involving the hand, elbow, spine, shoulder, knee, and foot. He can provide cervical and lumbar disc decompression, as well as chiropractic care for nerve impingement injuries, herniated discs, and sciatica.

Janet Strait, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in occupational medicine and auto accident injuries at Liberty HealthCare. Janet enjoys working with patients in Grapevine, Mesquite, and Plano, Texas, and delivering them the thoughtful care they deserve.
Janet has been working in the healthcare industry since 1973. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. After graduating, she went on to teach nursing at Texas Christian University. She then completed her nurse practitioner program at The University of Texas at Arlington.

With her warm and welcoming bedside manner, she offers patients the individualized attention they require to heal and recover well.
