Saba Shabnam, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician in Grapevine, Texas, proudly serving the communities in the Dallas Fort Worth area for more than 15 years. Dr. Shabnam graduated with honors from the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996. She moved to the United States and completed her family medicine training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College. Through this residency, Dr. Shabnam served as chief resident. 

Post-residency, Dr. Shabnam moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has been working in private practice since 2005. She works closely with specialists and physicians in other disciplines to provide her patients with the best, individualized treatment. She attended the University of Dallas in Irving and graduated with Bachelor’s degree as Cum Laude in Biology. She then went to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Nguyen then returned to Dallas for her Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Nguyen then joined her husband, Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen, and father at the Prima Health Clinic in 1996.  She is devoted to early detection and determining the root cause of illnesses through functional testing.
