She began her nursing career after graduating from Odessa College in her hometown of Odessa, TX. She then attended Texas Tech Health Sciences Center to obtain her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She worked at the local hospital in Odessa for several years with pediatric, mother/baby, Neonatal ICU patients and discovered her love for the smallest patients. Children's Medical Center of Dallas was Oleta's next career move where she worked in several different departments, including ER, general pediatrics, and being a member of the IV team. After 8 years with Children's, she decided to further her career and become a Family Nurse Practitioner, earning her degree from Texas Woman's University in 2012. She moved to Celina, TX to take care of the many patients in and around Celina.

Dr Skinner, a life long resident of North Texas, graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University, with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Family Medicine from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock. Dr Skinner specializes in family medicine, and has experience in advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine, emergent and urgent care, occupational medicine, and physical medicine and rehab, and esthetics. Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, is the board-certified family medicine physician at Family Care & Wellness in Allen, Texas. Dr. Mallick takes a patient-centered approach to care focused on prevention and wellness, in addition to chronic health conditions. He views his relationship with his patients as a partnership, providing the support, guidance, and tools his patients need to optimize their health and well-being.
At Family Care & Wellness, Dr. Mallick is part of the UT Southwestern/TexasHealth Resources provider network. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in human biology from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Mallick went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine at the Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
He continued his medical training at Mercy/Mayo Family Medicine Residency Program in Des Moines, Iowa, and graduated with a degree from the Mayo Clinic graduate school of medicine.

Dr. Mallick has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. He also served as a medical director for ten years, overseeing several physicians and participating in committees focused on quality care and patient safety.
Dedicated to sharing his knowledge with future physicians, Dr. Mallick was also an associate professor and precepted medical students from Des Moines Medical University during their clinical rotations.
Dr. Mallick spends his free time outdoors. He enjoys staying active through hiking, carpentry, and tennis.
