Melissa Kempf, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and urgent care specialist in San Antonio, Texas. She serves patients as a provider and the medical director of Injury and Health Urgent Care.
Dr. Kempf was born and raised in San Antonio and attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She remained there through medical school and spent time studying at both the Lubbock and El Paso campuses. After residency, Dr. Kempf spent three years in the United States Air Force, stationed at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. She deployed to Turkey during this time, providing ER coverage for active duty personnel and their families.

Shannon Wait was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She attended University of Akron in Ohio for her undergraduate studies where she received her Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing.
She went to work at UF Health Shands Hospital and worked in the Neuro ICU while completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of South Florida.
From there, she spent 2 years working in an Allergy and Asthma clinic, 1 year in Pain Management, and 1 year in Orthopedics/Sports Medicine. She moved to San Antonio with her husband who is in the Air Force and is stationed at Lackland AFB. They have one daughter and two dogs.
Currently she works in a busy practice doing primary care, urgent care, personal injury, workers compensation, and hormone replacement therapies.
She does minor injections such as trigger points and joint injections as well as minor procedures like toenail removals, biopsies, and suturing lacerations.
Dr. Melissa Ann Walker is a family medicine physician and the owner and founder of Carol Clinic for Family-Centered Healthcare in San Antonio, Texas. Carol Clinic is named for her late mother, Mrs. Carol Williams Walker.

Her expertise is in Sports Medicine and the care of Musculoskeletal Injuries. Dr. Pana sees patients throughout Austin and San Antonio, Texas, at Serenity Medical Centers.
After receiving her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from George Washington University, Dr. Pana completed a Family Medicine Residency at UCLA and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University. She also served as a physician in the United States Air Force.
Dr. Pana has treated athletes for every major college sport as well as professional and Olympic athletes. She served on the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine Board from 2008-2012.
Academically, Dr. Pana has been involved in educating physician assistants, medical students, residents, and athletic training students. She has several publications relating to concussions in athletes and has assisted in editing the 5 Minute Sports Medicine Consult. Dr. Pana has joined Serenity Medical Group to help care for patients with work-related injuries and active patients in the area with musculoskeletal or sports-related injuries.
In her free time, Dr. Pana enjoys swimming and walking. She also enjoys movies and exploring all the local family-friendly events with her 8-year-old son.
After residency, Dr. Terry served for 4 years in the Air Force as a Family Practice Physician and a Flight Surgeon. He separated honorably after serving his country and the airmen who keep us safe. Since then, he has been working Emergency Room medicine and opened Mercy Wellness Clinic in April 2018. He has a unique skill set that allows him to take care of almost any medical issue from the most common to the most critical.
