Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 30 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He then graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center) with Distinction in Research and Cum Laude honors.

He completed his internship at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, and then moved on to complete his dermatology residency, as Chief Resident, at Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Neola Gushway-Henry is a board-certified Sleep Medicine physician who has over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of sleep disorders. She combines clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and a strong commitment to advancing the field of Sleep Medicine. During her Residency training, she first recognized the profound impact of the quality of sleep on overall health and well-being. This culminated in a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine during which she deepened her understanding of sleep physiology and acquired advanced skills in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of sleep disorders, interpretation of polysomnography, home sleep apnea testing and actigraphy. Jessica Benjamin is a board certified Physician Assistant. Jessica completed her B.A. at Rutgers University, double majoring in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She went on to PA school and completed her Masters in Public Health at Lock Haven University. Prior to PA school she was an EMT for 6 years and volunteered her time at her local Fire/Ambulance company.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hanging out with her friends and family. She enjoys watching football and baseball and is a NY Giants and NY Yankees fan.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Olesya is an experienced, highly-trained Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner specializing in surgical, medical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician University, then completed her Masters in Science in Nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University before completing Dermatology training for three years at Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center under Dr. Gangaram Ragi. She is a member of the National Nursing Honors Society and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Olesya is also fluent in Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian.
