Donna Cashdan, DO, FAAFP, is a board certified family medicine physician at Sherman Oaks Family Medicine located in Sherman Oaks, California. She is committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care and attention regardless of their age.
Dr. Cashdan graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Chemistry in 1986. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994 from Western University of Health Sciences before completing a subsequent residency at The Glendale Adventist Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program, where she was Chief Resident in her last year.
She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons of California OPSC.

She is a graduate of University of Southern California with a Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, and is Board Certified. She will be caring for patients for wellness and sick visits, as well as implementing a nutrition program for our patients, and spearheading our Telehealth program which is in development at this time.
Jacquie is Dr. Hatch’s administrative assistant. She graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2018 with a degree in Health Sciences and has worked in the medical field for the last 7 years. She handles the coordination of Dr. Hatch’s clinic, referral relations, and day to day clinical admin duties. She strives to be an advocate for all patients, while promoting exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Jacquie enjoy’s fun DIY projects around the house, and spending time with her family and pups.
