Orland Mata obtained his Master's of Science in Nursing in Universidad el Turabo in Puerto Rico and graduated in 2016. He then moved form Puerto Rico to Florida seeking better opportunities and was able to initiate his nurse practitioner career in Sebring, FL in October of 2016 as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. With over 6 years of experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and primary care, Mr. Mata developed a passion for preventative care. He decided to embark on the journey of providing holistic primary care services to the community of Highlands County who has accepted him since his arrival from Puerto Rico over 6 years ago. Mr. Mata is a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and nephrology and is excited to apply his knowledge and experience in the acute and chronic healthcare settings in the area of primary care in order to prevent and manage complications that can lead to severe adverse events in the long run.

Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.

Dr. Nessetti completed his training at The University of Nebraska (Psychology/Psychopharmacology) and Creighton University (Family Medicine). He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was elected to Fellow Status in 2004 with the American Psychological Association. He has served as president of a number of Medical and Psychological membership organizations. He serves as the director of training for students, interns, and residents at AllCare. Abby Quigley, PA-C, is a board certified physician assistant specializing in women's health and gynecologic surgery. A Sarasota native and proud double Gator, Abby earned both her Bachelor of Health Science (2023) and Master of Physician Assistant Studies (2026) from the University of Florida.

Abby's passion for women's health began long before PA school while working as a medical assistant in obstetrics and gynecology for 1.5 years. That experience confirmed her commitment to caring for women through every stage of life and inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to improving women's health.

As a physician assistant, Abby is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing compassionate, individualized care. Alex was born and raised in Staten Island, New York, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Physician Assistant Certificate from Wagner College in 1999. She later completed her Master of Science degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies at Wagner College in 2005.

For 27 years, Alex had the privilege of caring for patients as a Physician Assistant in the Department of OB/GYN at Staten Island University Hospital, part of Northwell Health. In 2026, she relocated to Florida and is excited to continue serving women in her new community.

Women's health has always been Alex's passion. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them navigate every stage of life with compassion and personalized care.

Farah was born in Trinidad but is mainly a Florida native having lived here over 20 years. She completed her undergrad studies at the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. Farah's first position as a Physician Assistant was with a clinic for the uninsured. She then took a position with Sarasota Memorial Hospital and spent 6 years practicing Internal Medicine. Farah is now focusing her career in Aesthetic Medicine. Her hope is to make patients feel better through health, wellness and aesthetic management. Farah is also an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Florida State University’s Physician Assistant Program. Farah and Dr. Kalnoky have been married since 2015 and have three young children, a dog and one cat. In her spare time she can be found at one of the beautiful Florida beaches building sandcastles with the kids.

Poonam Malhotra, MD, is a family medicine physician at Central Clinic in Spring Hill, Florida. She is proud to provide comprehensive internal medicine and primary care services as well as womens health care.

Dr. Malhotra earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India before she earned a diplomate in Medical Radio Diagnosis (DMRD) at Tata Memorial Cancer Research Centre in Mumbai, India.

She has an MD in family practice from the Morton Plan Mease, USF program, in Clearwater, Florida.
