Doctors staff are very efficient and acknowledge your arrival when you enter. There is usually only a short wait until you are escorted to the exam room. I don’t have any problems waiting my turn because Dr. Falkas is very diligenShow moret in caring for his patients. I would say I truly feel he pays attention to everything I need to tell him about. I never leave saying , oh, I forgot to tell doctor about this or that.

Very warm and caring! Efficient but, thourough. Office staff very friendly and accommodating. Saw me "on time". Is available 24/7. Dr. Faltas is very personable and easy to talk with.
Dr Faltas is always an hour behind schedule, and is not a bug believer in modern medications. Too conservative for his own good, and not willing to address concerns. Highly do not recommend.

Dr Faltas is not typical doctor. He has a genuine interest in one’s health outlook. Very down to earth. Very giving of his time. Reminds me of Dr Marcus Welby.

Dr Faltas and his staff are wonderful. He takes time to listen and explains everything so you can understand.
In my opinion, Dr. Faltas was the worst DR I have seen in 45+ years. seemed to be more concerned about copays than treatments. My experience was absolutely horrible. Had an infection had to call THEM 3 days after the they received blood work to request a Script. They seemingly didn't review the results until I called them in pain. Patient in waiting room defecating with door open in front of staff. No action? This DR appeared to be all about $$$$ and referrals as he could not make a single decision on his own. Horrible just horrible for me. Talks a good game but not worth my time, my money and my faith. In less than one year, I feel worse than have felt in my entire life and sadly I was, for the most part, healthy before I started seeing this person as I will not say doctor. Any future patients, please do not go into a consult with a closed mind. Life is too short to risk it on the results you may possibly receive. I may be wrong, but buyer beware.

I had my first vist with Dr. Faltas and I really, really liked him. He cares about his patients and I will continue to see him as my Primary doctor. The office is very clean, the staff is friendly.
If you are looking for a primary care physician, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Faltas. He is very kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to understand your medical needs. His staff were very nice and professional. He demonstrated a level of caring for his patients that is rare and hard to find in the medical profession!!!
