Anthony Freire, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC founded The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling alongside Kelley Hershman, LMHC and Alexander Badillo, JD, LMHC  to better serve their clientele using a team approach. The three clinical directors and many of our supervisors are also professors at New York University, teaching Mental Health Counseling to the next generation of therapists.   We serve as an clinical supervision center for pre-licensed and newly licensed professionals. General family medicine physician Joseph R Raccuglia, MD, provides exemplary care to the residents of Freehold Township, New Jersey. He graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia in May of 1993 and completed his Family Practice residency at the Mountainside Family Practice Residency Program in Montclair, New Jersey in June of 1996. A Brooklyn native, he completed his undergraduate degree at CUNY, Brooklyn College.

Before opening his Wemrock Professional Mall office in July 2004, Dr. Raccuglia practiced with the Freehold Medical Group, from July 1996 through June 2004. Subsequently, he moved the practice to its current site at the Freehold Office Plaza in 2007.

He is board-certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine, a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Raccuglia is on staff at CentraState Hospital, Freehold. He is an active Family Medicine instructor at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick and an Associate Professor in Family Medicine at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey.

Gritz Pierre, MD, is the founder, owner, and medical director of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine based in New York City. He is a board-certified physician with dual certification in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine and holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. His background combines extensive frontline clinical experience with formal training in healthcare management, supporting both the clinical and operational requirements of the Company.

Dr. Pierre maintains active medical licenses across multiple U.S. states, enabling nationwide telemedicine practice and supporting the Company’s multi-state service delivery model. His clinical experience spans high-acuity emergency departments, critical access hospitals, ICU-capable facilities, and inpatient hospital medicine settings. In addition, he has extensive outpatient experience working in rural clinics throughout Southern Illinois, providing primary and urgent care services in medically underserved communities.

His professional experience includes independent emergency medicine practice, nocturnist hospital medicine, and ICU-level patient management. Dr. Pierre has served in environments requiring autonomous decision-making, rapid clinical assessment, and coordination of complex care, including stabilization of critically ill patients prior to ICU admission or interfacility transfer.

He has also participated in healthcare fairs and community outreach events, providing physical examinations and preventive care services for local schools and community members.

In addition to his clinical background, Dr. Pierre’s MBA training provides experience in healthcare administration, operations, and financial oversight. This dual competency supports informed governance of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance, provider oversight, and operational scalability.

Dr. Matthew Rodgers trained at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and joins the practice after retiring from the Army after a 27-year career.  He is board certified in family medicine and sleep medicine with a focus on sleep medicine for the past 10 years.   He was the Army medical director for the virtual medical center for two years focusing on providing synchronous and asynchronous virtual health care throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Dr. Rodgers created virtual sleep medicine clinics to provide sleep testing and treatment to sites in four countries and eight sites, throughout Europe. Professionally he enjoys narcolepsy, sleep apnea and the complex interactions between sleep and PTSD.  Dr. Rodgers likes football, basketball, and baseball.  But ironically wasn’t good at any of them, so he played rugby for eight years and wrestled for fourteen and coached wrestling for five years.

Dr. Amy Meoli has been practicing sleep medicine for over 20 years. She trained at the University of Missouri-Kansas City prior to her sleep fellowship at Allegheny University in Philadelphia. She is board-certified in sleep medicine. Dr. Meoli says she recognized the changes in patient needs related to sleep issues, and the growing time constraint people have to manage. She believes Sliiip is a progressive move to accommodate patient needs. Dr.Meoli is excited to be a part of this organization. Besides work, she enjoys time with her puppies. She loves to travel and cook.

Gabby is a diabetes care specialist and registered dietitian based in Long Island City. She has several years of experience working closely with patients who are managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, obesity, and many more. Gabby is up to date on current diabetes technology and eager to discover the next cutting-edge device to help better patient care. Priscilla Borkor, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience in psychotherapy, psychiatric social work, wellness advisory, and clinical supervision. Her work spans hospital, emergency department, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient care, care management, and community mental health settings, where she has provided trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care to individuals with complex mental health, medical, and psychosocial needs.

Priscilla is passionate about helping individuals, families, schools, and organizations cultivate emotional safety, heal from trauma, and build lasting resilience. She brings clinical expertise, practical insight, and deep compassion to every space she enters, translating evidence-based care into meaningful, real-world impact. At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: becoming who you needed when you were younger is becoming your own safe person. Priscilla holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from CUNY and NYU. Her training across public and private systems has shaped her holistic approach to mental health care. Beyond psychotherapy in OMH and private practice settings, she partners with NYC schools and government agencies to develop Social and Emotional Learning programs and advocates for accessible, equitable, high-quality mental health services in communities that need them most.

Irene Diakogeorgios is a licensed registered pharmacist. Upon receiving her degree from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, Long Island University, Brooklyn  in 1991 Irene services the Astoria/Long Island City community for over thirty years. Through a personalized approach and strong community ties with physicians and other health care providers, Irene continues to educate patients on their well being with courtesy, kindness, and respect.

Dr. Salem graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY and attended medical school at Mount Sinai. After graduating he went on to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center and was Board Certified in 2004. He continued to practice emergency medicine and became an Assistant Professor at Kings County/SUNY Downstate from 2003-2009. Dr. Salem founded Brooklyn Urgent Care in 2006.
