After completing her family medicine residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where she served as chief resident, Dr. Lemaire began her practice. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine as well as the American Medical Association.

She then moved to North Carolina and enrolled at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduation, she moved back to NJ and completed her residency training at Rutgers- Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick. During that time, she proudly served as chief resident.

Kathryn Kirpan, MD, is an internal medicine physician at Richmond Primary Care Specialists, providing high-quality primary care to adults in the Prince’s Bay neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City.

Dr. Kirpan brings more than 40 years of experience in preventive and primary care to the practice. She studied at Akademia Medyczna W Wrocławiu in Warsaw, Poland, earning her medical degree. 

After graduation, Dr. Kirpan moved to New York City. She completed two residencies –– one at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn and the second at Staten Island University Hospital | Northwell Health in Staten Island.

Maria Joyce Rowena Bernabe, MD, is a dermatologist with Dermatology Associates of Central NJ in Old Bridge, Freehold, and Union, New Jersey.

Dr. Bernabe is licensed in family practice. She holds certification in radiation therapy of basal and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin. Dr. Bernabe is also certified in cosmetic procedures.

Erin M. Heaslip is a board-certified music therapist and licensed social worker. She completed her master’s in music therapy from the University of Miami and has been practicing music therapy since 2011. She completed her master’s in social work in 2024 from Boston University and is licensed in New Jersey and New York. Erin offers both virtual and in person sessions in the Hoboken office.

She has experience with children with developmental disabilities and neurodiverse clients and families. Rebecca is a Clinical Social Worker at HRCC and an alumna of Fordham University, where her studies focused on Veterans, dissociative disorders, and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy. Her personal experiences as a mother of two sons and the spouse of an Army Veteran have profoundly influenced her professional practice.

Prior to her current role, Rebecca served as a caregiver/aide during her early college years, providing care for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities, including but not limited to Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. Additionally, Rebecca maintained a 14-year career as a hair and makeup artist, a background that has shaped her holistic approach to health, beauty, and therapy.

In her current practice, Rebecca specializes in prenatal and postpartum women, adolescents, trauma, anxiety, depression, and military families. She utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Strength-based, Goal-Setting, Narrative, and Family Systems Theory.
