Dr. Khalida Yasmin leads the medical staff at Premier Wellness Clinics. She brings her years of medical experience to the Little Elm – Frisco communities to provide quality medical services. Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. Dr. Randhawa brings her insight and training to Southwest Family Medicine Associates so we can continue to offer our patients the most advanced medicine. 

When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

A physician with over 10 years of experience in clinical medicine, Dr. Cauthen has also studied healthcare policy and management at Berkley and worked in research at the University of California, San Francisco and in Washington DC. He has served as a Lt. Commander in the US Public Health Service Corps and worked with the Indian Health Service in Alaska serving the Inuit population. Dr. Cauthen worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where he was responsible for disease surveillance and outbreak investigations at the national and state level. He was stationed for two years in Puerto Rico, and worked closely with the Puerto Rico Secretary of Health on numerous health policy issues. As State Epidemiologist for Oklahoma, Dr. Cauthen contributed to the development of bioterrorism response within the state and helped develop partnerships for an early warning disease surveillance system in the state. He now serves as medical director and continues his research.

Tara grew up in Norman, OK moving to Texas to attend Baylor University where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation, she worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Medical City Children's Hospital. Tara earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington where she was an MSN Academic Scholar. Tara is completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Duke University in 2017 graduating at the top of her class. She lives near White Rock Lake with her family. Tara is bilingual and enjoys seeing patients across the lifespan. She feels that preventive care is vital in the reduction of chronic illnesses. Tara, also, has more than 16 years experience in aesthetics. She performs cosmetic injections including Botox and dermal fillers.

Eva Hinojosa, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs. Eva’s interest in helping the community and passion for overall skin care is what drove her to pursue a field in dermatology; her interest was further motivated during her clinical rotations. Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Eva specialized in Internal Medicine in Mcallen, Texas. She is passionate about providing evidence-based care and enjoys staying up to date with new techniques and products out in the market. She prioritizes the importance of patient education and preventative medicine.

Eva received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Eva is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Eva enjoys exercising, spending time with her loved ones, and traveling.

Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.

She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is well versed in medical dermatology as well as surgical dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends
