Nicole Schertell, ND, is a licensed naturopathic doctor and founder of Thrive Med Spa & Wellness in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In 2009, Dr. Schertell opened Vibrant Health Medical Center, which is located in the same building directly above their spa. In collaboration, their two facilities can provide health and wellness services on a broad scale, teaching patients how to heal on the inside and shine on the outside. Dr. Schertell earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and her doctorate degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, in 2008.

Dr. Schertell is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine and has extensive training and experience with regenerative therapies, including bioidentical hormones, peptide therapies, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration, O-shots®,, IV therapy, laser hair removal, microneedling, hyaluronic acid fillers, and other natural-based aesthetic treatments.
