Eric Blake, ND, Dipl. Ac., is an expert naturopathic physician and the medical director of Portland Clinic of Holistic Health, providing care in Downtown Portland, Oregon. Dr. Blake received his Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. He presented his undergraduate work on cross-cultural medicine and religion in Cairo, Egypt at an International Conference in 1992. Upon graduating, he was an herbalist in Cincinnati as well as working alongside an experienced Japanese acupuncturist in New York City. Dr. Blake went on to complete his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). His special area of research was interviewing and training with long practicing expert Naturopathic Physicians, some of who had been practicing since the 1930s.  He was trained in many rare and hard to find clinical treatments and procedures. He also completed a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where he did his thesis on classical Chinese and naturopathic medicine. 

Dr. Blake is a certified massage therapist, certified exercise trainer, and he is a certified Diplomate in Acupuncture (DAc) by the National Certification Committee for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He is a member of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Dr. Blake has spoken at congresses around the world in Paris, France, London, England, Barcelona, Spain, Czech Republic, and at state and national conferences across the United States,  on naturopathic treatment of cancer, digestive diseases, diabetes and the use of naturopathic physiotherapy. He has been published on multiple occasions in physiotherapy teaching textbooks for physicians, professional textbooks, and is the co-editor and contributing author of Naturopathic Physical Medicine (2008). He was a contributing author to the clinical textbook Fibromyalgia Syndrome a Practitioners Guide to Treatment (2009) and Chronic Pelvic Pain and Dysfunction (2012). 

Since 2006, Dr. Blake has served as the chief attending physician and medical director of the Outpatient Naturopathic Medical Clinic at the Portland Clinic of Holistic Health. He is also part of the adjunct academic faculty at NUNM as a supervisor of resident physicians and teaching the history of American naturopathic professions.

Dr. Blake is always furthering his education and continues to research naturopathic physiotherapy and its various benefits across multiple conditions.

Dr. Brittany Kolluru is a board certified, primary care naturopathic physician treating patients of all ages. I have been a board-certified Physician Assistant with Lake Grove Family Practice for over 7 years now and I have loved watching the practice grow into what it has become and what the future holds. I have 19 years of experience in family medicine. I received my degree in physician assistant studies from Pacific University which is where I found that I liked treating all aspects of the patient’s health to be the most rewarding and being part of family practice, and with that, I can focus on the entire patient. I enjoy empowering patients through education and emphasizing preventive care. I have many interests that include diabetes management, women’s health, adolescent, and teen issues, and making sure their voices are heard. I like to create and make relationships with my patients as that allows me to make the best decisions regarding their health.

In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband(of 23 years), Dave. We have 3 children together that we enjoy an active lifestyle with, and we try to live life to its fullest. My hobbies include reading, traveling, and staying busy with the children’s sports.

Julie Foster, FNP, MSN, founded Pohala Clinic PC in Portland, Oregon, as a place of healing that is a culmination of her 25 years of experience in nursing and integrative medicine. She’s a licensed and board-certified family nurse practitioner who combines conventional medicine with anthroposophic medicine that includes naturopathy and indigenous wisdom. Julie received her Bachelor’s in Nursing with Science Honors from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, and her Master’s in Nursing, specializing in Family Medicine, from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Julie’s long-time commitment to nursing and health services goes back to her youth. She started as a candy striper volunteer in her teens, progressed to working as an ER nurse, and then combined nursing with indigenous and integrative medicine.

Scott Cologne, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and neurologist at Own Sleep Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, and Vancouver, Washington.

Dr. Cologne earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in Urbana, Illinois. He then received his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his postgraduate training with a sleep fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a psychiatry residency at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University Consortium in St. Louis, Missouri.
