She has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, within those years, she has worked as a nurse practitioner for over 5 years. Forward Care Family Practice provides comprehensive family medical care from their office in Glendale, Arizona. Led by Ellana Davidov, PA-C, the medical team can address a variety of acute health conditions and chronic diseases during in-office consultations or through the online telehealth platform.
