You don't have to call to say I have a real serious issue gShow moreoing on and the doctor will give you appointments to come in and to see him or her and they spend the time talking and asking questions about what's going on in your life with your health.

Sharnette is super sweet and easy going. I went in today to get a hydration IV. She set me up, made sure I was comfortable and made it an enjoyable experience.

Dr. Washington always listens to my concerns, cares about what you think and explains what may be going on with your concerns. Recommend her to everyone, she is worth starting with a Dr. who cares.

She is Awesome, listens to you without judgement and elitism like many know it all doctors do. She is very thorough and make sure that all issues are addressed before you leave her office. The clinic has a nice relaxing spiritual vibe to it unlike those cold organic next care places. No grumpy receptionist yelling “NEXT” here. The place feels more like a day spa than a clinic, which is a very welcoming feeling. I highly recommend this PCM and this clinic.
Sharnette is amazing. She was able to identify my medical needs and treat me right away, as well as, offering recommendations for vitamins to keep me healthy. The other staff in the office were hospitable and friendly. I will definitely be going back.
I am so grateful for Sharnette. I feel that she is sincere in her care and I never feel that she judges me. To me that is important, especially when you have no trust for the health care system. As a provider, Ms. Washington, greets you with a smile, soft spoken manner which allows you to relax. Her conversation is very relaxed and makes the effort to ask the patient how they are doing and what is going on. As she takes your vitals, she listens attentively as you discuss your medication’s and any issues you may feel is going on. After evaluating you, she sits down and discuss a plan of care and ask if you have any questions . Highly recommend her for any of your medical needs.
I love it here. Since I’ve been in Arizona and really throughout my adult life, I have never had such a warm and caring experience with a physician. Run by really great people who care.
I’m so glad I found Dr Washington again! She’s so patient (I have an energetic 5 year old son), kind and understanding. I feel seen and heard which is extremely important to me when it comes to my and my family’s healthcare.
