Dhiraj Patel, MD, is a board-certified internist at Alpha Medical Clinic in Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Patel has been practicing internal medicine for over 30 years, dedicating his professional life to delivering quality patient care for adults of all age groups.

Neil Patel, MD, is a board-certified internist at Alpha Medical Clinic in Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Patel joined the practice in 2017 and has since been helping patients enjoy excellent health and well-being in their adult years. 

Dr. Patel pursued his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia prior to attending the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his internal medicine training around hospitals in Georgia, including Emory Healthcare, Grady Memorial Hospital, and Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals. 

He was raised in Johns Creek, and from a very young age, he was passionate about the medical field. He believes that having good health can open many doors and opportunities in life, and works with patients to improve their quality of life. Dr. Patel is a strong advocate of personalized health care, and he utilizes the latest treatment options to achieve the best outcomes.

Along with his role at Alpha Medical Clinic, Dr. Patel serves on Northside Hospital’s Physician Committee as well as Wellstar’s Advisory Board. 

He currently resides in Alpharetta with his daughter and wife. Outside of patient care, he loves watching Star Wars and fantasy football. He also enjoys playing a good game of pickleball.

Dr. Challa was born in India and completed her medical education at the College of Medical Sciences, affiliated with Kathmandu University, in Nepal. She then graduated from the University of Kentucky and completed her fellowship training in geriatrics at the University of Louisville. She developed an interest in aesthetics, leading her to train at the Laser & Aesthetic Skin Therapy medical conference, organized by Harvard Medical School. 

She is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Physicians and a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, Medical Association of Georgia, American Geriatrics Society, and American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Challa is affiliated with Emory Health Care Network and Northside Hospital.

Dr. Vijayalakshmi Vaddireddy, also known as "Dr. V", is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and has been in practice for over 20 years. She completed her medical education at Christian Medical College located in Vellore, India in 1995. After practicing medicine in India for 5 years, she moved to the United States and completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center located in Odessa, TX in 2008. She moved to Georgia in 2010 and previously worked in Cumming, GA before joining our practice in 2022.

Dr. V will be seeing all in-office patients.

Dedicated healthcare professional with a Master's in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University, my educational journey laid the foundation for a multifaceted career in healthcare. As a Nurse Practitioner at Veritas Collaborative in Atlanta, GA, I specialized in treating eating disorders, developing comprehensive medical treatment plans, and prescribing medications. At the NeuroCare Center of Atlanta, my role involved patient assessments, diagnostics, and medication prescriptions for neurological disorders. Prior to my NP roles, I honed my skills at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, as an RN in Neurosurgery Progressive Care, managing stroke and trauma patients. My experience extends to Behavioral Health at Old Vineyard, where I demonstrated leadership, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and educated patients and families on psychiatric conditions.

Experienced primary care physician Ade Babalola, MD, is passionate about developing strong patient-physician relationships and is committed to helping his patients improve their overall health and well-being. At his private practice, Wagon Healthcare, in Atlanta, Georgia, he focuses on delivering integrated preventive care. His holistic approach focuses on providing highly personalized care that caters to each patient’s whole health — mind, body, and soul.

Dr. Babalola completed his bachelor’s degree at St. Joseph’s College and Hunter College in New York City. He went on to earn his medical degree at Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois, and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey.

Dr. Babalola understands his patients are busy and has structured his Atlanta-based practice to accommodate their schedules and needs. In addition to his concierge program, Dr. Babalola is now in-network with Medicare. He also provides executive physicals and specialized preventative testing, as well as being available on a limited basis for house calls and telemedicine services. Patients benefit from functional medicine aimed at improving and balancing their hormones and body function, including IV therapies and customized weight loss programs.

Although Dr. Babalola is in-network with Medicare, he’s otherwise an out-of-network health care provider. Non-Medicare patients can see him out-of-network with superbills sent to their insurance for reimbursement. Alternatively, they can join his all-inclusive concierge program, which includes a comprehensive range of unlimited services for a monthly or annual fee. Any additional services, such as medicines, lab tests, or imaging, are usually covered by the patient’s insurance.

Ibrahim Opaleye, MD, provides family medicine services to patients at iClinic Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. He takes a non-traditional approach to traditional care, and believes in a patient-centered model.

Dr. Opaleye completed his ENT residency at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He then earned his BSC Health Science at Obafemi Awolowo University, before relocating to the United States where he worked as a family practice resident at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Rockaway, New York. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and New York, and is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, and narcotic dependence/addiction. 

Dr. Opaleye has worked for several hospitals throughout New York and Nigeria as a family practice physician, including Sheehan Hospital in Buffalo, Rapha Hospital in Buffalo, and Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Center in Albany. His special interests include pain management, immunology, addiction care, and weight management. He is also experienced with Spanish-speaking patient populations.

Isla Marrero is a double board certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality family medicine services to each client at iClinic Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia.

Time and experience has taught her that being flexible and versatile are two characteristics that have proven to be fundamental in meeting each clients individual health care needs. 

She has demonstrated a career long capability to transcend cultural diversities.

Completing her Baccalaureate of Science in both Biology and Nursing from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York, before going on to earn her Master of Science in nursing at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Shortly after her commencement, Isla was privileged to train under Richard Blondell, MD and the notable Antonia Redhead, MD, both highly esteemed, uniquely skilled and well-respected physicians in the state of New York and USA.

She has an accomplished 11 years of hands on clinical experience in primary care, acute care, addiction medicine and women’s gynecological health. In 2016, Isla became dedicated to the life long primary care and well being of PLWHIV.

Some of her interests include sexual health, opiate use disorder and PrEP for women of color.

The positive effects of Isla’s compassion, knowledge and dedication to health and wellness have been felt far outside of the State of Georgia. With humble beginnings in the culturally diverse state of New York from traveling to Spanish speaking Islands and USA territories to deliver basic health care needs to underserved Latino Island communities.

Isla’s philosophy on healthcare is simple, “Health is wealth”, and she believes she was gifted with the ability to help others gain access to quality healthcare services.

When she’s not in the office, Isla is an avid book collector who also enjoys saltwater swimming, traveling, fresh water fishing and of course some good ole home made Buffalo wings.
