Ms. Poisker earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and nursing degree from Salisbury State University. As a registered nurse, she was employed with Peninsula Regional Medical Center, medical/surgical and oncology divisions, before continuing her educational career at Wilmington College. This is where Ms. Poisker obtained her Masters Degree in Science.

Dr. Patrowicz is a board certified family physician and has been practicing medicine for 23 years. Dr. Patrowicz attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in biology. He then attended Rowan University - School of Osteopathic Medicine. This is where Dr. Patrowicz was the Assistant Chief Resident and completed his medical degree and residency training. Over the years, Dr. Patrowicz has been involved with local community business affiliations and was team physician for Salisbury University's Athletic Department, a physician for PRMC Wound Care Center and preceptor for medical students. In addition, he was Medical Director for PRMC Clinically Integrated Network form January 2016 through January 2019.
