Nova Southeastern University: Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies
After graduating from business school, I began my career as an orthopedic sales consultant for Smith & Nephew Inc. While working in the operating room daily in both trauma and total reconstructive cases, I developed a strong interest in surgery and decided to attend PA school. Upon graduation, I practiced in neurosurgery in Tampa, FL for 2 years and am now excited to be back in the orthopedic field working for Dr. Fox and the Fox Team.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Alex, and daughter, Avery, attending church, running, cycling, swimming and watching Indiana Hoosier sports.
Comprehensive Primary Care opened its doors in 2015 as a solo physician owned Family Medicine Practice. Our goal is to provide primary care to our community with a comprehensive approach: instead of addressing only one complaint, we take the time to look at the entire individual.
Dr. Obinna Uzowulu incorporates his experience as a Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine physician in his practice, which allows him to care for a broad variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Our main focus is preventive medicine: in the U.S. preventive care is readily available but woefully underutilized. Our goal is to encourage healthy living through preventive care and responsible lifestyle choices.
Dr. Uzowulu was born in Nigeria, completed his medical training in Hungary and Family Medicine Residency at University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Board Certified in Family Medicine since 2010.
I believe that everyone deserves compassionate and quality care. Our job is to deliver the care you deserve. We offer concierge services, doctor home visits, senior care home, lab services and much more!
Dr. Chrisettia Morgan graduated in 2016 from Walden University with her Nurse Practitioner. She continued with earning her Doctorate of Nursing from Walden University.
Dr. Morgan completed her undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her experience includes over 20 years of combined med-surg, telemetry, cardiac, family practice, internal medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, long term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, hospice care, and Nursing Administration. Dr. Morgan is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Our team has 30 years of combined experience in healthcare. We strive to provide exemplary quality care to each and everyone of our patients.
“The staff was amazing and nice. Stephanie was very attentive of asking my concerns and questions. And went over some great suggestions for treatment.”
