Mrs. Taylor Ely was born in San Antonio, Texas and spent her childhood enjoying the beauty of Helotes and Bandera, Texas. She attended UT Medical Branch at Galveston, enjoying the Texas coast while obtaining her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Taylor married her high school sweetheart, Ben and they now have two beautiful daughters. I'm a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a background in musculoskeletal care, trauma, and bone health. A proud San Antonio native, I’m honored to care for the community that raised me. My medical career began as an EMT, medical assistant, and Army medic. After PA school, I spent three years specializing in Orthopedic spine surgery. I’m passionate about helping patients in San Antonio and the surrounding areas stay active, reduce pain, and return to activities they love. I truly enjoy being part of Dr. Simon’s team and value the collaborative, patient-centered care we provide. While working in the operating room daily in both trauma and total reconstructive cases, I developed a strong interest in surgery and decided to attend PA school. Upon graduation, I practiced in neurosurgery in Tampa, FL for 2 years and am now excited to be back in the orthopedic field working for Dr. Fox and the Fox Team.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Alex, and daughter, Avery, attending church, running, cycling, swimming and watching Indiana Hoosier sports.
Robert F. Yerrington MD.,PA, has served the community of San Antonio, Texas, for about four decades. He offers his expertise in anti-aging, regenerative, and integrative medicine to help his patients at Flourish Wellness Center achieve optimal health.

After receiving her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from George Washington University, Dr. Pana completed a Family Medicine Residency at UCLA and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University. She also served as a physician in the United States Air Force.
Dr. Pana has treated athletes for every major college sport as well as professional and Olympic athletes. She served on the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine Board from 2008-2012.
Academically, Dr. Pana has been involved in educating physician assistants, medical students, residents, and athletic training students. Dr. Melissa Ann Walker is a family medicine physician and the owner and founder of Carol Clinic for Family-Centered Healthcare in San Antonio, Texas. Carol Clinic is named for her late mother, Mrs. Carol Williams Walker.
Dr. Walker has made it her mission to provide education to not only her patients, but to the entire world. She also continues to play an active role in her local community. She was recently appointment to the advisory board of San Antonio’s Rivard Report.

Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.
She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is well versed in medical dermatology as well as surgical dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends

After graduation, Brianna sub-specialized in medical and surgical dermatology and completed a 10-month internship with a board-certified dermatologist in New Braunfels, TX.

Brianna has been practicing dermatology for over nine years. Due to personal experiences, Brianna takes a special interest in auto-immune conditions, such as psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa. When Brianna is not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter. Growing up in a military family, she frequently moved as a child and found a love for traveling.
