Was able to fill an open/cancelled appointment instead of waiting two months for my regular appointment for observation of some suspicious areas growing on my body since my last January 2022 going-over. Upon arrival, waiting was vShow moreery minimal. In the exam room, PA-C Brianna Kay found several suspicious spots on my skin, froze them all including a scabby growth on my forehead. She took a biopsy of one funny triangular mole, and froze off other spurious Basel-cell candidates. She gave me a thorough head to toe lookover and assured me she would call me with the biopsy results when the results arrive in about two weeks. From start to finish, a great by her and ALL staff. [Insert Happy Grin emoji here.]
For a first time patient I was extremely satisfied. From the friendliness starting at the front desk, to the back when meeting the rest of the staff. At some places you can tell "it's just a job" but there I got the sense that evShow moreeryone truly enjoys being there, and loves what they do. I guess I have this condition where sometimes my vagus nerve cause me to pass out w needles, and unfortunately that happened in his office. It was embarrassing to say the least. Lol However Mr. Chapa and his assistant made sure I was taken care of. I cannot express how much I appreciated that. So, yes definitely a 5* rating!
