I have the best care from Dr. Chhabria. When I showed up to her office, very ill not feeling well . She took charge right away and did what she had to do for me along with her wonderful staff. I had a very good experience
I logged in on time but was kept waiting online for approximately one hour. I could not simply disconnect because I had been advised that a missed appointment could be charged as a no-show. Once the appointment began, much of the consultation consisted of the doctor reading numerous lab values to me. I did not feel I received the clear, practical, personalized explanation I expected from a medical consultation. I could have read the numbers myself in a written report.
Dr. Chhabria is amazing. She really takes the time to listen and is very thorough and cares about her patients. Getting an appointment is easy and the staff is awesome.

Dr. Chhabria’s husband, Mr. Sam is also part of the team and he’s also very caring. Always available to help in whatever is needed. **"The doctor was great, but the office experience needs improvement. I arrived at 9 AM and my appointment wasn’t in the system, though they managed to see me. Most of the staff felt cold, mechanical, and lacked empathy.However, Symphani completely changed my mood. She was smiling, empathetic, and went out of her way to help make things happen.The entire process took over 3 hours. I hope management works on their wait times and customer service training, but a huge thank you to Symphathy for her
