**"The doctor was great, but the office experience needs improvement. I arrived at 9 AM and my appointment wasn’t in the system, though they managed to see me. Most of the staff felt cold, mechanical, and lacked empathy.However, Symphani completely changed my mood. She was smiling, empathetic, and went out of her way to help make things happen.The entire process took over 3 hours. I hope management works on their wait times and customer service training, but a huge thank you to Symphathy for her

Dr. Aruna Chhabria, what can I say about her that hasn’t been confirmed by her patients. Her bedside manners are amazing , and she’s very dedicated to her patients and their care! I get sick very often and she is always says present at whatever time or day I need her to be. Many times she’s transformed her office into an Emergency Room, to provide whatever care I’ve needed! At the present time I’m going through the process for “knee replacement surgery,” thanks to her I have a great surgeon!
